Awful customer service

We were happy with the service we received up to the point of actually viewing the property. 15 mins into our viewing the agent left us to let the next family viewing into the property. She then left us shortly after to start showing them round instead! I have had many viewings over the years (both buying and selling) but never experience that treatment before. As we left I saw the sheet she had, listing the viewings for the day which she had accidentally left in the hallway. It appears we were only booked in for 15 mins, whereas everyone else had the standard 30 mins. Given it was a large house that was never going to work - had we been told in advance (or when we arrived even) we could have decided to either rearrange or to speed up the viewing. But there was no mention. When I challenged her as to why we only had 15 mins there was NO apology and she tried to fob me off. We had loved the property online and went with the intention of making an offer but based on that experience we do not wish to deal with this agent so won’t be taking it any further.
