GoogleEXCEPTIONAL ASSISTANCE AND PROFESSIONALITY I am a charted accountant with very high professional standards. Having had a rental as rentee (for 7 years), then an ownership and Daniels as agent (for 8 years) and finally the sale of the property, my relationship with Daniels can only be described as follows: They have been super professional during the whole 15 year period! Not just that, they have gone out of their way and beyond expectation to make everything easy during this whole period. As agent for the rental of my property, Daniels consistently ensured tenants with no empty period for 8 years! They have diligently done inspections, have ensured all goes well when tenants changed and most importantly, always speedily advised me of maintenance required so that I could keep my property in the best condition. Any maintenance was done by professionals recommended by Daniels and I sat back while the work was efficiently managed by Daniels. When selling my property I was even more amazed. Daniels ensured that both myself and the buyer where satisfied with market related pricing. From there Daniels took over and made the whole process so easy and smooth that I had really no effort or worry at all. I would like to sincerely thank them for everything they have done to run rentals and sales during this whole period and recommend them very highly!

GoogleFirst time buyers who have recently bought a house through Daniels in St Albans... Viewing: Having viewed a lot of properties through various different Estate Agents, Daniels was by far the best. From the minute Matt greeted us into the first house, he gave honest, fair and genuine commentry. He knew the history of the house in detail, (including all of the features - fireplaces etc) how it had changed over the years and all about the street/neighbourhood - which was an absolute breath of fresh air in comparison to other viewings! Putting down an offer and all the legal stuff: Daniels made it very easy and simple for us. As first time buyers you are never too sure on the order of things and who can you trust in the process. But Daniels explained everything thoroughly and were always at the end of the phone / email if we had any questions. They were quick and efficient... from viewing to moving in it was 11 weeks! An all round great experience. Definately to be trusted.

GoogleDaniels let our property for 2 years and this all went well. At the end of the two years we had no choice but to sell the property and asked Daniels to do so for us. This was done very professionally and quickly, so I would rate them 5 out of 5. I had previously spoken to 2 other estae agents in St. Albans and they were not good.

GoogleI rented a property through Daniels for 1 year, whenever there was a problem that needed to be resolved it took a huge amount of effort on my part to chase Daniels, followed by an inordinant amount of time for them to finally resolve the issue. After waiting over 6 months for one particular property issue that was the final straw for me to give notice. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff throughout, I would recommend avoiding them if renting in the St Albans area.
