GoogleIt’s illegal now to refuse to accept DSS This estate agent says we will accept it if you earn over 33,000
To be clear we are well aware that it is against the law to not accept DSS tenants. However, demand for rental property locally is at unprecedented levels and all tenants are in very stiff competition with others. Ultimately landlords will take what they believe to be the best applicant and we were simply explaining the income threshold set by the referencing company on the rental amount on the property you had enquired about. We do appreciate the difficulty in finding suitable accommodation and wish you good luck in your search.

Sorry to hear of your disappointment David but we dont have any note of your name relating to any of our recent tenancies? Does it perhaps relate to an experience with Daniels Estate Agents operating in North London who are not connected in any way to Daniels Estate Agents St Albans? Perhaps you could give the office a call and speak to one of our Directors?

GoogleHad an awful experience with Daniel's at the end of our tenancy. We received terrible customer service and had great difficulty with getting our deposit back. If I could give zero stars for this review, I would. Please avoid at all costs!
