Highly recommend. I have been a long term client of Daniels Estate Agents for over 12 years. After purchasing my first property through them & then moving abroad for work unexpectedly, James & Kate (the rental team) have been my letting agents for many years. The team has been very consistent over the years, meaning you do really get to know them well & receive very personalised service (which is rare these days!). Kelly, who does the accounts, has also always been extremely helpful & quick at responding to any queries. I then decided to sell my property a few months ago (given I am still living abroad!) & worked with Chris & Matt (from the Sales side). They found a buyer very quickly & made the process very easy, with regular updates & communication along the way. It really has been an absolute pleasure dealing with all of the team there & would highly recommend their services - whether looking to rent, buy or sell!

Highly recommended. We purchase our flat through Daniels and then also went onto sell it with Daniels 6 years later. They were absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. They work incredibly hard for their money and are always on the end of a phone when required - if you ask for a call back then you'll get it. Online competitors may be a tiny bit cheaper, however house moves are never straight forward and when you need regular updates, great negotiation and mediation skills then cannot go wrong with Daniels. Big thanks to Chris and Matt for their hardwork - I'd highly recommend their services.

From the initial viewings down to a long and complicated chain with trusts and freehold purchases and everything inbetween! Matt kept us well informed. They are a local independent business and I prefer to support our local businesses as you always get a much better service. Great service from start to finish. Daniels contacted us minutes after showing interest in a property and went out of their way to help us and make sure we could see serveral properties in the evening. All other estate agents in St Albans that I approached would not see us after 5pm which makes it hard to view new places. From the moment we put our interest in, I was in constant contact with Chris, Kate and James who made sure everything went smoothly and were always at the end of the phone if I needed help, or responded to emails incredibly quickly.

Pragmatic and shrewd advice about prices, timing and strategy echo comments from neighbours who had also commissioned Daniels to handle property portfolios.
