During a complex move which resulted in exchanging and completing on the same day. Debbie at the Marshalswick office was extremely dogged in chasing the chain on our behalf. She regularly updated us and contacted solicitors and agents throughout the chain to eventually bringing the move to fruition. Without the services of a trusted and well respected agency this would have beeen a far less likely outcome. The whole team has got to know us and has always been courteous and polite. Bad experience!! Pushy, never listen to what your saying. Don't action what they say there going to do. Bad communication with each other. The manager was very apologetic and gave me a chance to speak, but I feel like there are plenty of other good agents in St Albans that will turn up to value my flat when a booking has been made. Frosts sold my friends flat quickly and got a good price. Only dealt with Connells because I viewed a house with them. Shame.
