I wholeheartedly share the sentiments expressed in the previous review. I too found my experience with this agent deeply disappointing. It's evident that they do not prioritize tenant interests, which creates opportunities for landlords to exploit tenants, especially newcomers. Upon reflection, it's truly disheartening to see their inaction when they have access to crucial details. How can anyone really trust this agent after you hear more stories like this?

we bought our house through connells this year. we had fabulous service from Sophie who originally showed us round the house and worked closely with the vendor to ensure we got the house as we was really passionate about it and wanted it to make into a family home for the long term. she kept in contact with us throughout the process and moved thing along for us. we also dealt with Emma at the connells st albans branch who helped out big time to get our mortgage. Thanks guys for helping us get our now forever home :-)

I have used Connells, St Albans, several times over the years and have always found Doug and his team to be proactive and personable. Fees and contracts can be negotiated and I have never had an issue with either. Suitable buyers were found and sales completed swiftly. I think they've been around for over 20 years in St Albans whereas others have come and gone. Says a lot. I would certainly approach them again.

Never ask assistance from this agency as they will just waste your time. Accepted my offer even they new that vendor is proceeding with another buyer and did not tell me the truth. Lost two months waiting for nothing. They are always on holidays or on important meeting/call.

Hi - We were interested in the Napier Court development back in May 2019 and were rapidly asked to put a deposit down without having seen the property based on a confirmed keys collection date on September 2019. We are almost in August 2020 and still concrete structure has still not been finished.....glad we were not catch by this cow boys!
