We have been so impressed with the team at the Marshalswick office who have been handling the sale of our property. The communication has been fantastic, with regular updates throughout the process. They organised a very successful open day for our house that resulted in five offers and a sale over the asking price. Sam and Ciaran have been so helpful and go above and beyond for their clients - we hugely appreciated Ciaran working late to get the sale wrapped up for us. Everyone at the office has been incredibly professional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Lots of options to choose from but so glad I chose Bradford and Howley at Marshalswick ! From the initial meeting at the retirement complex, with an honest view of what to expect and how long it might take to sell, to the completed sale of the flat we were updated regularly about the viewings/offers and everything else related to the sale, both in the office and by phone/email. Well, what a refreshing change to bring Bradford & Howley on board when deciding to put our cherished house up for sale. After initially dealing with two other local Estate Agents who did not impress us, we took the best step in contacting the B & H Marshalswick Office who have been amazing. Our first port of call was young Sam Symonds who has guided my wife and me through all the pitfalls etc. Coming a close second is even younger Ciaran Murphy who is always helpful. We understand Mandy will also be there to guide us, which is nice and a nod to Nick for the wonderful pictures he took of our home. Looked so good, I nearly put an offer in myself.
