Very professionally team at the Quadrant office. Being a first time buyer in UK, I don’t have much knowledge regarding the purchase process and lots of the questions on the way. Sam Symonds, the Branch Manager is very helpful, particularly on the price negotiation side and Mandy Atkins, Sales Progressor help me to smooth the whole process among varies parties, eg solicitors and surveyor. I asked for a valuation of my property from three estate agencies with a view to selling. Following the initial valuation by all three agents, I instructed Sam Symonds of Bradford and Howley to act our behalf Sam Symonds and Ciaran Murphy guided me through the selling process. From completion of paperwork, to professional photographs and open house viewing at the end of April 2022. They were always available either by telephone or email to help with queries. I received a comprehensive list of people who had booked appointments to view my property during the open day. The open day resulted in a number of offers and Sam and Ciaran helped in our final decision to select the right offer for us. Bradford & Howley in Marshalswick have just sold our property and have been fantastic from start to finish. Highly professional, attentive, knowledgable, patient and supportive. We experienced a chain breakdown (no fault on their part) and they helped us through it and got us back on track with a new buyer. Both the manager (Gareth) and the assistant manager (Oliver) were brilliant. We chose B&H after speaking to a number of local agents. Oliver was very professional and had lots of local market knowledge. From the start the whole experience was seamless; from the brochure B&H produced of our house, to liaising with them regarding later viewings and finally negotiating a price, with offers that were put forward. Customer service is at the heart of what they do and that came across at every point. We never felt pushed to reduce our price or accept an offer that didn't suit us - personally I think this sets B&H apart from its competition.
