All very positive throughout. I was slightly put off on first contact by a slight mix up with dates/ times at the very outset of the process when arranging to have the property valuation done. It seems the office had made a diary error - but phoned phoned to correct it - so no harm done.After that all was very smooth and Anita ( Sedgefield office) was extremely professional. Thanks.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth, and made what can be a stressful process anything but.
