Throughout the extended process (due to a late aborted sale) we found the team not only extremely profession but very personable and they always did what they said they would. Very impressed right from the start, from the house been valued. The staff know their job. Keeping you up to date with every aspect of the house viewings, feedback. Robinsons were the agents for the house we purchased. They were excellent throughout our whole horrific process. From having to change solicitors midway to part of the chain going on holiday the week of completion Becky (Middlesbrough branch) kept us sane from start to finish. If we ever move again we will certainly use Robinsons as our agents.

I would recommend Robinsons to friends and family. They look after the property I have rented out and the staff are most helpful in offering advice when asked. In particular, Charlotte Graham who has been most patient in taking photographs after I refurbished the property and getting it back onto the rental market for me. I hope to continue this working relationship for many months to come.

I didn't have much to do with the estate agents, as my solicitors handled everything, until the exchange date but they weren't too helpful in giving me details about collecting my keys, and they didn't attempt to contact me to update me at all so I was left to call them and find out why I still couldn't get my keys at 4pm on my exchange date.

I would never use Robinsons again! Rude ignorant staff, act superior to people, completely uninterested it’s actually embarassing! They are so rude and I phoned to complain and the manager had the same attitude so no wonder they aren’t bothered. I’ve wrote a review on their Facebook & they blocked me! Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with

I'm really sorry I cant give a 5* rating. Everyone was excellent at Stockton Office, but the communication lacked my offer was accepted in April, but didn't hear anything from the team until end of June. Now this was resolved and communication did improve but it has had to be taken into consideration when rating my experience.
