Robinsons Sedgefied branch

Initial contact with the Sedgefield Branch was a request for a valuation for the purpose of probate. Ryan’s professionalism and consideration at this particular time brought us to the conclusion to market the property with Robinsons. All the viewings were managed by staff without any problems. The property sold the same week of viewings. We thereafter are very grateful to Sharon who answered emails immediately (unlike solicitors) and chased up solicitors when we needed to know everything was progressing as expected. All round excellent service and much appreciated by our family.

Robinsons Chester Le Street…

Shelagh at Robinsons Chester Le Street was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my sale. Nothing was too much trouble, including post-sale queries. In terms of listing my house, I can't remember the name of the man who valued / photo'd it but I was never pressured to sell for a price I wasn't happy with, and everything was my decision with guidance when I asked for it. Robinsons coordinated viewings I couldn't manage and always kept me in the loop. Robinsons were also cheapest fee wise, and I feel the service I received was excellent- I don't think paying another agent more would have benefitted any aspect of my sale. I'd 100% use again if ever selling a home.

Great service from Robinsons Sedgefield

We couldn’t recommend Robinsons Sedgefield more - Ryan went out of his way to come out and take our photos after they’d closed on a Saturday and put our property on the market later that day. Nicola and Sharon in the office handled enquiries promptly and the team helped us to agree a sale and related purchase within 3 days of putting our property on the market. We were kept updated throughout and Robinsons Sedgefield helped the chain to navigate some practical issues that otherwise could have been very problematic.

Fantastic service from the Spennymoor branch

Fantastic service from Sam & the team at Spennymoor branch who dealt with our sale & purchase. Sam managed to arrange a viewing and negotiate a sale within just one hour of valuing my house!! He then negotiated the purchase for our new property a couple of days later. So impressed with his professionalism & customer service, Mandy and the team then kept in regular contact between January and May whilst the sales were going through. Would definitely recommend as the process was so seamless!

Great service from Chester le street…

Great service from the Chester le street branch! Michelle and the others were all great, I popped in to ask a few questions and they were so helpful and friendly. They booked the valuation as soon as as they could for me and got it all moving. The valuer explained everything and obviously has lots of experience. They found me a Tennant and had her moved in within 3 weeks. On the first Monday there were 5 viewings, the following week they sorted the referencing and the next week my Tennant’s moved in. They did everything smoothly and really know what they were doing. I’ve dealt with several estate agents over the years and these have definitely been the best. Thank you To you all.

I only reply to messages once every two weeks. When I inquired about room A, I was told that room A was no longer available, leaving room B and C. Then I sent an email directly to inquire about rooms B and C. Two weeks later, I replied that neither room B nor C was available. I am very speechless about your efficiency and service
