I dealt with many estate agents in the past - renting and purchasing plus selling. But Robinsons Sedgfield are exceptional. During COVID the team have been ok. However I have had to ring for updates, ask for chases etc which would have been better if every time an update happened I was informed. I had a few no show viewings on a weekend when the branch was closed so I had to just wait. However when I did phone I was always greeted by a friendly voice. Thank you.
