GoogleGreat communication, all very professional and easy to talk to. Not sure we would have ever completed if not for Lucy and David supporting us throughout the whole thing as the solicitors suggested by them were not great. Went through from start to finish with them and they really went above and beyond to answer our queries and support us throughout the whole process.

GoogleOur house has been on the market for approximately 2.5 months and we have not had a single enquiry, the only contact has been from us to them. We paid for professional photos, which were no better than I could have taken from my phone, and not all rooms have been shown on the site. We have had to chase to have the EPC rating done, which we paid them to do until just today!!! It should have been done within the first 4weeks. We have had lots of estate agents wanting our property on their books, but we’re tied into a long term contract, so our only option is to take the house off the market. Our house is in a lovely area, the house is pristine and a lovely design. We have dropped the price twice. I honestly don’t think they’re promoting this property well if at all. GoogleI have had a nightmare experience using this agency. As a first-time landlord I was relying on William H Brown act on my behalf when in fact my experience has been more hands on and stressful than they had me believe. In the end I dealt directly with my tenant (despite paying for a maintenance service) because their communication between both parties was next to non-existent and at one point my tenant went for a considerable period of time without a working toilet due to WH Brown's lackadaisical performance. The issue was rectified by myself within 1 day of me receiving reports of the situation directly from the tenant. Unfortunately I am still yet to cut my ties with the company as I now have a situation whereby the property has been damaged, which should be covered by the deposit held, yet I am told that even though the tenant originally acknowledged and agreed the damage following the exit report, I have no leg to stand on due to the quote coming after the acknowledgement and that the tenant has now reneged on the agreement. William H Brown tell me there is nothing they can do so what was I actually paying them for?

GoogleWilliam H Brown was at the top of our list of estate agents to visit when searching for a place of our own, a welcoming enviroment coupled with helpful and enthusiastic staff, within 15 minutes we were already set on a property. William H Brown has a great reputation among my colleagues and unlike some of the other alternatives in the area, there was no attitude or pre judgments when we walked through the door, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, as this is our first move we were both understandably anxious, but Toby set that to rest. This was our first and last stop in finding a home. Very happy with the experience in general.

GoogleI have used many Estate Agents over the years to help me find tenants for my properties but the service Lee has provided has been by far the best, so much so that I returned to him a few months later when another property became available for rent. I never have to chase him for updates, he always keeps me informed immediately and I have already recommended him to another landlord. Fantastic service, would thoroughly recommend xx

If you want your property to go live in an unorganised order without your approval, do not want any feedback from viewings, have your phone messages and emails ignored, receive no updates on progress and want your sales negotiator to be disrespectful then use these.
