GoogleCould not recommend William H Brown enough. Their service has been to the highest of standards throughout mine and my partners rental process. We’ve had a quick,efficient and very professional approach. After bad experiences with another company we could not be happier with the customer service we have received here. Special thanks to Toby and team who never failed to have a smile on their faces. Highly recommended!

GoogleI don’t like to leave negative reviews but this may perhaps help the company realise that I don’t want them calling me. After a rocky start with lack of communication I decided to sell and buy from another estate agent. After numerous phone calls about selling my property and politely explaining it had already sold, I now have had the 4th phone call asking if I would like to let my property. Seriously William H Brown, update your records and stop wasting yours and my time.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting treatment by William H Brown, particularly with an inexperienced agent called Conor. We arranged to move into a 3 bedroom house, paid a deposit securing the house, 2 weeks down the line after hearing nothing from them they tell us that we are able to move in the following Monday, all the checks came back and we were able to pick up the keys. The day after we get a call saying the employment checks (that had already come through weeks ago) did not make the cut and we had til the end of the day at 6pm to sort a guarantor or the application would be completely cancelled, this was told to us at 4pm giving us 2 hours to sort out a guarantor which we could not do. They immediately cancelled the application despite having this information weeks in advance and kept the deposit for themselves. When I called to see what was happening, he accused us of being a liar and outright denied any responsibility for anything that went on. I asked for my deposit back as they did not use it to secure the property for us and was basically told it's not going to happen. If you want weeks of reassurance and very little communication, for a company to just outright take your money for nothing, for them at the last minute to completely close the application and then pretty much get told it was your fault then William H Brown is the company for you. If you're like me and want a new place to live and to not be robbed blind then I'd urge you to go literally anywhere else, the teenagers handling where you're going to live will let you down. I promise you that.

GoogleHaving been a landlord with them for 5 years, when they make an error they don't apologise. They speak to landlords as if they are stupid and try to avoid admitting their mistakes. Will be moving my business elsewhere. The mortgage advisor David is the best apart from that avoid.

GoogleThe WORST estate agent I’ve ever had dealings with. Absolutely no trouble at all getting you to sign up for a property, in constant communication and happy to take deposits out your hands but the minute you terminate your tenancy all the BASIC customer service skills go out the window. Countless emails ignored, by Conor in particular, but the second I called him unprofessional in an email suddenly his fingers worked and he could reply to an email, absolutely 0 communication regarding the end of our tenancy and getting our deposit back, myself and our landlord had to fight to get any kind of response from them and then when we did finally get communication it was lie after lie. It took 32 days to get our deposit back which is absolutely unacceptable. If I could review with 0 stars I would. Their staff need to go on customer service skills course, as someone who also works in the housing sector, I would never dream of treating a customer the way they treated us. I’ve never come across a more incompetent bunch of people- and this is putting it nicely. We’re now with another estate agent and the difference between them is like night and day, maybe they should take a leaf out of their competitors books. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

GoogleNot good service at all, not many viewings, we called a couple of times to remove the sign from our fence and they just ignored us… it was over 6 months ago! I don't recommend this agency.

GoogleAll well and good getting you in the property, but different matter when you are leaving. Unfortunately our landlord decided to sell so we had to find a new home, thank god we dealt with the landlord direct as William H brown ignored emails, when you did speak to them they had a rude attitude, no sympathy, partner was in tears every time she had to speak to them as spoke down to her. made things a whole lot more stressful and upsetting to an already difficult situation. We are now waiting for our deposit, two emails have been completely ignored already!NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Not only was he the ONLY person from ALL the Estate Agents l approached to keep in touch as promised but his attentive and pleasing manner will ensure l wiill utilise William H Brown whenever l have need of an estate agents' services in the future.
