Stirling Ackroyd helped me and my friend find an amazing new flat in no time. Our agent Jordan was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He really took on board what we were looking for and showed us some great options, ultimately helping us secure a place we’re really happy with. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward, with excellent communication all the way through. It made what can often be a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. Updated review Cut down 2 stars due to how things were handled during the move-in. We were not provided with codes to main gate due to which we got locked out and no one from the agency responded to our calls. We managed to get hold of the previous tenants who helped us with the code. Moreover, it was promised to us that apartment would be deep cleaned. However, the carpets have not being vacuumed to a minimum standard and we have been having a hard time due to the amount of dust in carpets. Disappointed with how the whole move-in process went by. ------------------------------- We worked with Claudiu to find an apartment to rent. He was super helpful and responsive all the time and helped us with all the requests we had. Would definitely recommend using them for your property search.

I have had an absolute pleasure in connecting with Stirling Ackroyd to rent an accommodation for myself. Renting the property from an overseas country, my agent Claudiu went above and beyond in not just assisting with a smoother tenancy process, but also guided with much of the queries in the most genuine way. Communications were kept transparent and I was always informed around the progress and the required next steps. Stirling Ackroyd Estate Agents (London Bridge Branch) took over the Management of my rented flat a few years ago. Thankfully, my home normally isn’t that problematic. However, when a leaking pipe from the flat upstairs, caused water to come through my bathroom ceiling and down the wall, they really came into their own to get the issue fixed extremely quickly. I am lucky enough to be looked after by Chelsea Odunlami. She’s always on hand to sort out the problem and this one was done extremely quickly and professionally. But what makes her special, is the way she always goes above and beyond to update me on the process from start to finish. Stirling Ackroyd, she is a really credit to your company. Thank you so much. I had a very disappointing experience with Sterling Ackroyd during my tenancy. The management was consistently poor, with slow responses and a lack of communication on important matters. Despite multiple follow-ups, problems were often ignored or only addressed after significant delays. Additionally, the agency seemed more focused on collecting rent than actually supporting tenants. Despite always paying on time, the moving out process was equally frustrating (and continues to be stressful c1 month post end of tenancy) with unfair charges. To this date my deposit is yet to be returned as the landlord (with advice from the agency) has sought to deduct unfair charges, despite no maintenance being required during the duration of the 2 year tenancy and the property being vacated in a pristine condition. I would not recommend renting through Sterling if you expect reliable property management and good customer service. Nor will I be using them as an agency to list or rent future properties I own giving the unfair treatment I have experienced as a tenant. I have already filed a complaint with their complaints team. In addition to my original complaint, I filed a follow on complaint to the email address provided below on 24th of December and have not received a response or acknowledgement of receipt.
