When we first moved in our gas pipe had been cut and we didn’t have gas for 3 months. It is a concern this was not checked for such a long time. Since then our lift has been broken for 3 months (I live on the top floor)and building front door broken. I rarely get email responses and have raised these issues many times.

GoogleCannot speak more highly! Bailey has been fantastic, really patient and helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we’ve had. As first time renters, it had been a bit daunting, but since we’ve been dealing with Bailey, the whole process has been much more relaxed and less stressful. Could not recommend Bailey enough, he’s been proactive but without being pushy.

When any issues have arisen, Louise has been incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs to help to come up with a solution. I would absolutely recommend Regent to anyone.

GoogleDamn it, give me back my deposit! This company is a total idiot! They haven't returned my deposit in two months since I cancelled the lease, not even a single email. When I finally got an email, it was full of unreasonable charges, lighting and cleaning fees, painting fees! Even more ridiculous, they're trying to force me to pay the landlord's municipal tax! 😅😅😅😅

Absolutely awful experience, I feel completely scammed. I was forced to pay 1000€ to this “agency” even though they did nothing to help me. The owner never met me in person, I never even spoke to her directly, and I found the apartment completely on my own. The only thing they did was unlock the door and show me the apartment. For that, they charged me an outrageous fee.

GoogleGood experience with Regent. The lettings negotiator Sam Nourse is very efficient. It only cost our about 1 week from our viewing the house to moving in. Sam was very timely to solve the problems we encountered during the signing of the contract, and even worked on weekends :)

GoogleWe’ve been living for 5 months with broken windows, no air conditioning, and over 30°C inside the flat. Despite more than 20 emails and calls, Regent ignored us completely. Their inaction has put our health and safety at risk, and they still haven’t done anything. NEVER rent through this agency, you’ll be ignored, lied to, and left in unsafe living conditions.

GoogleThis review is specifically for Mrs. Allison Steele - Head of Sales. The sale of our apartment was prolonged for almost a year, due to Covid and due to apartment issues coming along the way. It has been a painful period where we, the sellers, almost gave up. If it wasn't for Mrs. Steele, we won't be able to come to a completion. She helped us in many ways, been reasonable with both parties, but most of all she kept us all on track. We have sold the apartment, and the completion have been very smooth.
