GoogleRacism... I think so. I am a decent citizen and have a very good job. I called this company and asked the room was available. The gentleman (Who said he was Sean McMahon) immediately said the flat was not available. An hour later, I asked my little cousin who went to country side boarding house school to call. A miracle, it became available. Rent at your own risk.
Hello Adedamola. Thank you for your comments in relation to your recent request to view a property that we were marketing in Elephant & Castle. I am sorry that you feel that we were not fair to you personally, and that you felt the need to write such comments. The fact is the property had been let earlier that day, my colleague who may have spoken to your 'little cousin' may not have been aware of this at the time. This can sometimes happen, when people are out of the office at various times of the day. I would be delighted to try and help you in the future if you are still looking for a property. Your comments about me being racist are deeply offensive to me, and quite wrong, they say rather more about you than me, I'm afraid. I have never met you, and I spoke to you on the phone for less than 30 seconds. Personally, I thought you sounded like a very nice person. Good luck with your property search.

2023 UPDATED: thought it time to update this as I am still a customer. I have had to continually relied on McMahonβs expertise, experience and support over the last few years and itβs been without incident. They are always easy to contact and as an independent local operation they really care about every customer and are so much nicer to deal with than the big chain guys . I recommend.

Very rude service. I was on my way to the viewing but got stuck in traffic, so when Jake, an employee at McMahon called, I informed him I would be late. He right away cancelled my viewing and said to me, quoted "It is your problem, not mine". I don't say I'm right for being late, but I felt disrespected by the way he talked to me. I wouldn't feel disrespected if he had suggested to reschedule the viewing or be more understanding. Moreover, he would still be there for another viewing so I asked whether I can view the place with that person. In the past I have had cases where the agent was late and they did this as long as everyone agreed. If there was a strict policy for this, an explanation would be better than saying no straight away. Even though I like the place from the website, I would not go for a viewing after being treated like this

GoogleIf you have a well documented issue they will ignore you, and call you a liar, even if you bring your case to the ombudsman. Sean McMahon is unprofessional and has no knowledge on customer service neither on tenancy rights. My friend experienced a terrible 5 month long complain procedure, that remains unresolved.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Dear Janos and his mates, I would suggest you get your facts correct before writing fake and false reviews. We are an estate agency and we cannot change the structure of a building that we did not develop. Quite frankly this is out of our control and any other estate agents control! We also cannot do anything about noise and light pollution. We cannot control and change the world around you. I have politely asked you to remove such reviews and you choose to ignore. We have a very well documented report on how much complaints you have made regarding a building. Even the tenants and leaseholders have complained about you. Even the developers have emailed you and told you that the building structure cannot be made on the floor you live on! What else do you expect to happen.

GooglePoor. Over 3 weeks I have expressed my interst in their apartments and had to chase them for information on them. Each time i have been asked the same questions which i have already provided and upon providing them get no response. Unresponsive and awful comunication from the director of the company too?

Unfortunately, during Covid- 19 we have not been operating and not been able to respond as fast as we have hoped with all our staff being furloughed.
