We sold our house with KFH in Bromley and they were great. Professional and efficient from start to finish. They understand the local area really well and their marketing was spot on.Our house went on the market in July 2023 and the branch had viewings lined up before it was even on Rightmove. It took 9 days from going live to agreeing the sale, which was very impressive given the state of the market in 2023. Our negotiator Malica and the sales director Charlene gave an excellent service, kept us well informed throughout the selling process, and everything went through without a hitch. We were very happy with the price agreed and exchanged contracts in October 2023.

Very disappointing experience with KFH in Canada Water while selling our property. At start, their branch manager does an overly ambitious pitch and lock you in at a very high price. This might have worked during an upbeat market to manipulate the prices up, but it doesn't help you in a downward market. Soon after that, you realize they don't have any key differentiator or any clever strategy behind it. Worst of all, they do not hesitate to lie to you. When we churned from them, they claimed a viewing took place, although we had a written evidence from them that it didn't happen. They promised they were going to provide further evidence, but never did. Completely lost our confidence. Everyone can sell in an upbeat market, while good agents prove themselves in difficult markets. Don't let these guys manipulate you and waste your time.

The worst property management company I…

The worst property management company I have ever come across, they are unresponsive, lack any kind of structure and can only imagine they do budgeting with their eyes closed. I would not recommend any developer to use them if they want to sell any properties. They struggle to even triage and priorities jobs, leaving two security doors unlocked for weeks as they didn’t contact an engineers, the whole development also didn’t have any security lights outside, and roof leaks untouched for months - but alas they left buckets in corridors “prevent a flood” ..:

Block Management - Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible service from the block management team. Following a theft from one of their managed blocks I got in contact to request they obtain and review the CCTV footage. Three months later and still not resolved or any progress made due to no one responding to messages or keeping me updated. I'm guessing they aren't concerned with security or anything that doesn't earn them money.

KFH gave a realistic market valuation and set about finding buyers in a methodical way - always open to discussion and review of the marketing approach. Keith Elder secured offers and was supportive through the negotiation to the point of the final buyer's offer being accepted. He really went the extra mile supporting a painful negotiation with the buyers lawyer to the point of exchange of contracts. As a finishing touch he had some furniture removed after a charity failed to collect on completion. All in all a brilliant service.

Incompetence and Mismanagement by KFH Block Management

Horrible mismanagement by KFH Block Management. KFH manages my block at Regency Heights. I would especially call out Michael and Lauren from KFH Block Management who have displayed utter incompetence and unprofessionalism The story goes that KFH changed the Parking control in my block. They did not transfer information regarding the Parking spot owners to the new company and dumped the responsibility on to the residents. And how did they inform the residents - A couple of lines buried in the a 10 page monthly update. Many many residents missed it.I received 4 tickets for a parking spot I own (not rented). I complained and they blamed me. Finally they decided to cancel two tickets out of a whim. I protested but gave up and paid.But others faced the same and everyone complained. They were forced to rescind all tickets. This is when I asked them to process a refund for the ticket I paid. Michael and Lauren refused to take ownership and asked me to chase the parking company. After a lot of protest, I called Michael where on phone he gave me assurance that he will take care of it. Two months passed and nothing happened. When I followed up on email, Michael denied ever assuring me of "taking care of it."Utterly frustrated with this conduct. I also asked for a complaints process and it's been more than a week and I am yet to hear back from them.Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

KFH have been responsible for our block…

KFH have been responsible for our block management for over a decade now and as the cost has continued to increase, the quality of service has continued to go down. So few repairs have been made to the building over the last decade that we've become the target of homeless people constantly breaking and entering as they know they can get away with it. KFH rarely responds to emails about these issues and when they do fixes are slow to come by. This is all coupled with the fact KFH still haven't addressed our cladding issues after several years. We've not even had an update from them on it in over 10 months.I'm amazed what they do is legal.

Overall a positive interaction

Overall a positive interaction. The property that I wanted became available and I was contacted right away which was nice. I did not enjoy the fact that I was being pressured all the time to make a decision and do everything asap (it did stop after mentioning it). Also I felt that once I showed 100% commitment things have changed and things I enquired about were not treated seriously. Also for the previous potential buyers a bottle of champagne (when they thought the sale will go ahead) was left on the table but for us nothing, not even a note. It’s the small gestures that create loyal customers.
