Chris, Ollie and the rest of the KFH team at Canada Water were GREAT during the sale of our flat. They are super knowledgeable about the area and the market, friendly and quick to follow up on questions and queries. We accepted an offer on our place within 3 days owing to their excellent targeted marketing and once we had our purchase offer accepted, everything went through within 6 weeks (just in time for Christmas!) thanks to their proactive approach and willingness to chase on outstanding items. We were so happy with their service and cannot recommend the team enough. Thanks again guys!

Avoid KFH Block Management!

Avoid KFH Block Management!They have been managing our estate and have completely mismanaged contracts causing the annual service charge amount to increase exponentially.The have admitted to allowing the estates communal electricity to go out of contract for over a year, causing the cost to increase by over 500% (not an exaggeration!). They neglected to inform our estate directors for over a year, and claimed that they struggled to find a new contract for all that time, but did not tell anyone we were out of contract. The lack of communication on this and all matters is unbelievably poor. They don't respond to tenants queries at all and fail to follow through on any commitments they give. Avoid at all costs.

Unhelpful and unprofessional

We were extremely disappointed and angry with how KfH handled our potential purchase of a property. They failed us more than once. Firstly, failing to tell us the full extent of the chain above us (which only transpired three months later!). Secondly, using increasing threats of chain breakdown and deadlines (which always passed without consequence). These always seemed to coincide with month-end and seemingly in the interests of staff commission as once in a new month they stopped! Thirdly, they even suggested we should ignore our solicitor's advice and guidance, questioning why further enquiries were being raised. Inappropriate and unprofessional. To cap it all on the very day exchange and completion dates were set, they informed us a higher offer had been accepted on the property (which presumably they had continued advertising despite our agreement once our offer had been accepted) but claiming that our vendor may be prepared to negotiate. Another way of increasing their commission?? We saw little integrity from KfH, plenty of bull-dozing in their own interests and I have no trust at all in them. Bizarrely, when the sale fell through, they offered to help us find another property. Absolutely no way!

Ian took us from viewing properties around Bermondsey to buying our dream first home in just a few weeks. Not only was communication superb, the solicitors in KFH's network operated very quickly and were affordable too. Everything went super fast and Ian stepped in to chase up both parties when it was needed. I would recommend anyone looking to buy in the area to pop in to their branch, as these guys know what they're doing. All of the preconceptions about Estate Agents were non-existent at KFH, and we're incredibly happy with our purchase!

My wife and I recently used KFH for the sale of our property in Canada water. We went through a stressful transaction where our initial buyer pulled out shortly prior to exchange of contracts (through no fault of KFH) and at the same time we were under immense pressure from a property developer from whom we were purchasing to hit specific deadlines. Overall, the team, led by Chris Early were very supportive through the process. KFH secured a second buyer within a matter of weeks, at asking price, which is impressive even in a strong market and testament to their book of potential buyers. Our sales negotiator, Giuseppe Messina, was excellent. We put a lot of pressure on him to provide updates more frequently than would typically be expected and chase the buyers solicitors. He was responsive, professional, courteous and calm throughout. He also provided his insight and advice on how to handle the property developer which really helped to provide us with the perspective we needed in a highly charged situation. KFH have a strong team at the Canada Water office and I would definitely recommend them.

We have just moved in our flat and, so far, we had a very good experience with KFH. After the visit, things went pretty fast, and all the bureaucracy could be done online, which is good. Their emails are clear (good point for us, non-native english speakers), and a plan B was easily found when it was difficult for us to provide the documents they were asking. We personally dealt with Samantha Richardson, who was lovely during the visit, get for us a very good price for the flat (unexpected !), and replies to all of our emails - very happy about her. So far, good agency.

Great start to the process but a poor end

We sold our house with KFH Sydenham (having originally been sold it as a new build by them). They were excellent when we instructed them, and at getting offers on our house from multiple parties. However, when we got closer to exchange they were pretty poor. The branch had quite a robust and slightly aggressive approach to their sales which worked really well for us whilst they were selling the property, but it slightly turned on us towards exchange - the information we received them from during that period was inaccurate and it definitely felt like they were acting more for the buyer of our house than us. We tried to provide some feedback, but this was not well received by the Sydenham branch at all. So a great start but a poor finish.
