KFH dealt with our purchase. Deana was absolutely brilliant in managing us and our seller, I couldn’t recommend them enough. They were certainly the best agent we had dealings with throughout the whole process, including our selling agent. When we come to selling this house in the future we will most certainly sell through KFH.

It’s not only about getting the deal done it’s about going that extra mile to make sure that the parties to the deal are satisfied. KFH was not helpful in connecting us, with the right people to ensure that we had access to everything that the vendor had - gates, keys, access codes etc. responses to our queries for few and far between after many follow ups. Offers to help were made but never acted upon. We still don’t know where our parking is and no one can help us becuase we don’t have contact with the vendor and KFH didn’t bother to find out the details for us. It hasn’t been a satisfactory relationship.

The staff are amazing, very helpful and do everything possible to sell your house for you. They follow up queries quickly and always answer emails soon after they are received.They sold my house quite quickly after we were on the market for 2 years approx. They are with you every step of the way, nothing is to much trouble.Kevin at the Chislehurst branch was my advisor, and I can't thank him enough for preventing our chain from breaking due to a problem with our vendor. We are now settling into our new homeThank you Kevin and everyone that I spoke to at KFH Chislehurst. Definitely recommend them.

I am a landlord and I have a managed property with KFH. Following my experience with them I would strongly advise not using KFH. They have been completely incompetent in my view. An example of this is when in between tenants they registered me to my neighbours ulility bills. This has resulted in nine months of hell. I now have a debt for over £1800.00 for my neighbours property (Ovo energy are also a nightmare) and a the threat of legal action against me. KHF have done nothing to help or assist me in this matter, in fact their lack of customer care is making it worse.

Very professional and proactive.Barrington the manager spent a considerable time in discussing the sale and options. I felt the sale price was considered and explained to me with comparables and options to sell quickly or test the market. The service I received was outstanding and all of the sales team visited the property and were fully aware of its benefits so as to be able to effectively deal with buyers and their needs.David dealt with the sale and he was amazing. Responsive and really on the ball, making sure everyone was informed and I have to say it was the easiest and smoothest property sale I’ve ever had.Thank you KFH Crouch End!

Bought a house in a 6 property chain - aggressive tactics, putting people who are not well rounded enough or knowledgable on the job and unable to answer basic questions. Only reason they got the sale is because we fell in love with the property. Unusual email and call manner as well as unprofessional… forwarded aggressive and patronising emails from other estate agents in the chain who only had their commission in mind, as well as numerous pointless calls throughout the dayWould not recommend if you can avoid - exactly why estate agents get a bad name.

GoogleIan was courteous, patient and helpful. As first time homebuyers, he led us through the process efficiently and was there to guide each parties request through quickly to complete on time. KFH's rule of having the property listed on the website throughout the process was an issue with us. The seller was happy to take it down so we could be comfortable with it not being marketed, but KFH would not. Overall good to work with and attentive.
