GoogleFrom the outset the team at Dulwich changed my less than flattering opinion of Estate Agents. Good, solid communicators, they were realistic from the start. The photography and presentation of the marketing material, both in print and on-line, was terrific along with an impressive back up from the press department. They continued to keep me up to date throughout the sale process despite trying times with COVID and even with annual vacations, all the members of the team knew exactly what was going on. More than happy with my decision to go with Knight Frank Dulwich

GoogleKnight Frank quite simply stood head and shoulders above all the other agents that came to value my mother's house. Having been in Dulwich for 38 years, there was much trepidation in selling but from the expert valuation by Chris and the knowledgeable, professional and friendly team in the office (Nick & Maisie in particular), the procedure could not have run more smoothly. That and the sale being right in the thick of a lockdown just made it more impressive. Please never become complacent (I doubt you will) but so many corporates get lost in their own self-importance. Keep up the good work!

GoogleCatherine showed us around a property which we were interested and was instrumental in us purchasing it. She made everything so easy - from arranging multiple viewings (on Sunday's and leave days too), getting relevant documentation and information from the seller as well as providing access to potential builders/trades people before completion. I guess its a testament to Knight Frank's strength in the local area - with committed professionals like Catherine who take some of the stress out of a very stressful process. Highly recommend Knight Frank and Catherine!

KF let and manage my property for me. Not only have they maintained energy, enthusiasm and interest in letting my property, despite challenging circumstances, the management team in particular have excelled. My allocated manager has been invaluable at a time when I cannot visit my property and it is vacant with some storm damage. Her eye for detail, pragmatism and proactivity have saved me time and money. She’s on the ball, organised and always a step ahead. As a client I feel super served and that my property is in safer hands than mine! In such uncertain times having a reliable, up beat and can do person on your side is very reassuring.

I moved into a rental-property managed by Knight Frank recently. Not as easy as it sounds I guess given the uncertain times and the fact that I arrived from abroad which rendered me unable to physically view properties. Every aspect of the move went smoothly, from signing the tenancy to the property management side of things. As a Landlord, I would highly recommend Knight Frank. I have nothing but praise for their friendly and efficient service. Additionally the company has access to supporting departments who enhance their reputation further and therefore no query is too great or too small. In particular, I would mention our Property Manager Pritesh Makwana who is truly wonderful. Whenever a problem has arisen he always sorts it out brilliantly and immediately. For a Landlord it is essential to be presented with solutions to problems as they arise and he always takes the initiative to provide alternatives to pursue so an immediate decision can be made to sort the problem for the Tenant. I run a company myself, he is a truly a great ambassador for the ethos of Knight Frank.

The service I receive from Knight Frank is first class. It starts with Kim at the relocation agent's desk, she is my first point of contact and who will introduce me to the relevant offices who will show their properties. She and her colleagues offer skills and professionalism that is rarely matched elsewhere and one of the reasons for this is that they are constant. It's a trait of the firm, and one I take my cap off too. I know whoever I work with on the day that the expertise and grace in how they carry out their roles, will be steadfast. After 22 years working within the global mobility arena I can honestly say that their service and the culture on which it is based, is simply excellent.

Phillip, in property management has been outstanding, with clear communication to myself renting a property. He is always very understanding to the needs of the property and very detailed in making sure things run smoothly throughout your rental. Associate Jared, is brilliant in regards to any contract issues. He is not only very detailed in his work but beyond understanding and approachable to rentals. He specifically was outstanding with my rental property and I could not praise him more. From the very first second of meeting Francessca from Knight Frank I felt confident we had chosen the right agent . Francessca had the perfect mix of professionalism and ability to put us at ease. We then met the wonderful videographer who spent a whole day perfecting images . Wendy assisted with viewings and again, her warm nature and people skills were perfect , infact both Francessca and Wendy felt like good friends at the end of the process. I was also impressed at correspondence was not limited to office hours. Giselle took over in the final leg ,dealing with the legal and our solicitor, which was great. Andrew Twagira helped me and my partner a lot with our search for a new apartment to rent. In a very short time Andrew compiled a list with over 10 flats that would all fit our search criteria: area, interior design, features, pet clause. We've seen most of the flats the next day and Andrew even added one extra flat (which was actually the one we liked the most and put an offer for!). Really great help, friendly and respectful people. I'd highly recommend them if you're a tenant looking for a new place!
