GoogleThe letting team at KFH provided an excellent service in very quickly locating a tenant for a flat in the locality of their London Bridge branch. Courtney Earley and Leo Mampono-Poaty were extremely responsive, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They went the extra mile in getting the letting completed. I would recommend KFH and will certainly use them again on future lettings.

I sold my house through KFH Beckenham and from start to finish, David Rogers, Sales Ass Manager was a safe and experienced pair of hands. The marketing/viewings/offers process was seamless, unintrusive and the buyers well screened. When David wasn't around Harry Throssell was also great, infact the whole Team are exceptional.

Useless incompetent company. They screwed up paperwork at beginning of tenancy. Then try and blame landlord saying we didn’t read paperwork, nothing about their own incompetence and failure to audit their own staff. They refused to provide legally obligated paperwork. They withhold money. They refuse to resolve. Their customer service is incompetent and doesn’t respond and doesn’t resolve. Their executives hide behind complaints processes and doesn’t actually know what they are talking about, spouting incorrect illegal drivel. They shared private banking details to third parties and kept them visible for over one month. They attempted to force commission on 24 month tenancies that don’t exist. Their only response to anything is forcing ‘upsells’ constantly and breaking laws. They are a shameful company. Avoid them at all costs.

I’ve been to a number of viewings across different branches and the overall service I’ve received has been consistently poor. Staff don’t give you much time and are quite blunt. Given this is a role requiring people skills, more training is required of staff. There’s also the sensitivity of buying a home which is often overlooked. The process of putting in an offer is quite long and they don’t discuss with you, they just send you a link.

The Camberwell branch sold our flat - Anthony and his team were great, professional and with good advice from the start, excellent photos and a walk-through video which really made the difference for our unusual property. And they stepped in again at the end to get the deal agreed across the whole chain. We would use them again!

So, I’ve hesitated to review as overall the sales people seemed good and committed and my property sold quite quickly for not too far below asking. However, there were some mistakes along the way I should mention. The sales team told me that, strangely and very unusually, they had had hardly any response from the internet launch and all the views they conducted were clients they already had. That made me feel bad. Then, once the property was under offer the local council queried the fact that the estate agents had advertised the flat as ground floor instead of first floor. This would have put buyers off, it being an ex council properly on an urban estate. Also as a ground floor you might expect a garden or terrace which it did not have. Would I have achieved asking if they hadn’t been so careless? I don’t know. The other strange thing was that when the offer was made the agent phoned saying he had “very good news”. But it was a £24,000 below asking! Good news? The same people later bought the flat for £7,000 below asking so I’m glad I didn’t take his advice to accept the first “good news” offer.

They told me on the day I collected my keys that the toilet was broken (which they knew about the week before) and suggested "maybe there's a local gym or something I could use in the meantime". There was a ton of issues I had to raise when moving in, they were already aware of the majority of them, yet were incredibly slow at getting them resolved. It took 6 weeks to get my mailbox fixed (no access to post until then) and 7 weeks to fix my shower. Other issues remain outstanding. Communication is generally very poor, lack of urgency and the property manager is very blasé about dealing with tenant issues, regardless of how much they inconvenience you. Avoid if possible.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lucas to get my mortgage application submitted. He was very attentive, helpful, thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole process. I felt like i could trust him wholeheartedly and he definitely put my mind at ease after having a recent bad experience with another broker at another company. He took the time to explain and go through all the documents with me, as opposed to just leaving me to my own devices, which as a first time buyer i really appreciated. I needed to sell my elderly mother's house in order to pay her care home fees. I chose KFH Wimbledon as they have a strong presence in the area. I was extremely happy with the service I received. From the start and throughout the process all the information and advice I received from Vinay, Linda and Branch Manager, Jimmy was clear and straightforward. Phone calls and emails were answered swiftly. I was lucky that neither I nor the purchasers were in a chain, which meant that the sale went through in less than three months. I would definitely recommend KFH Wimbledon.
