I understand it's really hard to find places to rent in London and this may be your only option, but if there is another, I really hope you would have a better experience with another agent as I have.

GoogleYesterday we completed on the sale of our Bellenden Village, Peckham flat in London. We choose GJP based on price and because they had recently sold two properties on our street. We achieved full asking after multiple offers and competitive bids but it was after we accepted the offer that the service provided by Jon Beadle and Catherine Betiolo made all the difference! The buyers conveyancers were sluggish and ours were not too much better. Catherine acted a liaison and really smoothed the path to exchange and completion. I can highly recommend GJP based on our experience. Great result!

GoogleAwful service from Nikki went to view a house today at 6pm confirmed and then called at 6 saying that I was going wait in my car because it was dark and to find out it was cancelled and the person who was on the phone was in fact Nikki and she said that their 'colleague' who was actually herself said she sent a text to my partner. Called my partner and he said no text then right at the moment after I called he miraculously got a text from her. Ridiculous wasted my time going there so unprofessional she knew clearly we was going to visit. Really no care for other people's time!! I will be complaining to head office too!
