GoogleCavan Lyman did a great job leading the sale of our 3 bed property in Camberwell. He shared valuable, timely feedback on the viewings, and once we hit the right price point he quickly arranged a good number of viewings resulting in an offer. Our sale ended up being complicated by issues with our solicitors, the stamp duty deadline and buyers down the chain pulling out for personal reasons. Cavan was resilient and supportive and ensured the sale of our property and our buyers’ progressed within the timeframe we needed. Thank you Cavan!

GoogleWe were looking for a 2 bedroom flat in the area originally with a different Foxtons office but were a bit unlucky with some viewings. Reece from the Peckham office stepped in and was very helpful right away. Within a week we viewed the flat, signed the offer and were confirmed to move. Reece was always available to answer our questions and calls and clarify things before, during and after the move.

Google“If you are looking to sell your property, I would definitely recommend Ronke and Rapid Sale. She is completely honest and trustworthy and the price she gives you for your home will be the price you get pays for it. Please be aware that there are a lot of home buying property companies on the internet who offer to pay more for your property but what they don’t tell you is that they don’t buy your property, they just find a buyer and they also tend to drop the price once a survey has been done and then again when the sale is about to complete leaving you high and dry. Ronke is very true to her word and when she promises to buy it for the price given in 7 days she literally moves mountains to keep to it. Thank you so much Ronke - I can now get on with the next chapter of my life x

As the owner of a flat, I struggled for months to find tenants. I tried renting it myself but mostly scammers or people who waste my time only, then worked with several agencies - including one that promised a quick result but instead damaged my flat and pressured me constantly with calls and messages, day and night. By the time I found Foxtons' letter in my letterbox, I was ready to give up.

My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

DON'T USE! As a landlord I highly recommend other tenants and landlords do NOT use Foxtons. They are providivg tenants and extremely poor service and giving landlords a bad name. They take no responsibility for errors or timely correction of them. Simply unprofessional and giving the industry a poor reputation. [I would like to request trsutpilot provide a feture to rate neagtive stars, Foxtons deserve 5 neagtive stars.]
