He was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. He worked tirelessly to attract the right buyer and negotiated a great price for me. The communication was excellent, with Andrew keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Jade Percival was an absolute gem to work with as a first time renter, answering all of our questions and even allowing us to enter the property after a virtual viewing to measure up for furniture. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

We cannot recommend Paris Brown highly enough! 😆 ♡ Honestly, she is just one of those people you feel lucky to have on your side!!!! She took the time to really understand what we needed & not just ticking boxes, but actually getting it, that made such a difference from the start and made us feel at ease. She's warm, empathetic, and genuinely cares. You never feel like just another tenancy to her. It felt like she was looking out for us the whole way through, and would go to bat for us whenever it was needed!!!!! The responsiveness alone sets her apart !!!! she replies so quickly, every time. No waiting around, no wondering if your message got lost. That kind of reliability sounds small but it makes the whole process so much less stressful for us. And the referencing! It's usually such a nightmare. But Paris had everything sorted so efficiently that we were done in under 90 minutes (world record). Genuinely. She was completely on it. If you get Paris, you're in great hands. She's the best, ever!

"Paris at Foxtons Peckham pulled a miracle and we couldn't be happier" From the very first contact introduced through a relocations company I felt genuinely heard. Our situation was far from straightforward: specific location requirements, legal complexities, an insurer's budget to work within, and the needs of neurodivergent children meant that most of the usual options simply wouldn't work. Paris Brown took all of this on board without hesitation and set about finding something truly suited to us. She found a perfect property for us and then, through nothing but unfortunate timing, we lost it. I won't pretend I wasn't devastated. After everything we'd navigated, it felt like a real blow. But Paris didn't give up. Somehow, at the eleventh hour, she pulled a "rabbit out of a hat" and found us somewhere even better. Not just ticking our boxes, but exceeding them in ways I hadn't thought possible. We've now moved in and are settling beautifully. The care, persistence, and genuine commitment Paris showed throughout this process was exceptional. I have been exceptionally pleased with the service from foxtons. I choose foxtons because of their reputation in finding buyers quickly. The property went on the market on 4th March where Matthew Freeman led the charge. I received multiple offers which resulted in a best and final sealed bid process. Matthew kept me fully updated and informed throughout this process. My house was under offer by mid-april. Once the property was under offer - Cavan Lyman then managed the coordination between me, my solicitor and the chain. He was exceptionally responsiveness and escalated issues quickly - including update calls outside of his normal working hours. I felt in very secure hands and am incredibly pleased with how everything was handled.
