We wanted to see flats. Once the agent did not arrive , the other day we saw one flat instead of two. They did not showed us any property which is suitable to buy but they solicitors are calling all the time. The same phone calls regarding our current property which they want to sell ( but we are not selling and never mentioned that) Terrible services overall.

I had a great experience with FOXTONS selling my flat. Ben Larrad was extremely helpful, persistence and always went that extra mile to make sure our transaction stayed on track. We came across a lot of difficulties throughout the transaction but Ben remained steadfast in his determination to see the deal through and I can say we wouldn’t have exchanged without his help. I would definitely use again.

In what has been a stressful search for my partner and I Malika has truly been absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional and took a lot of the anxiety out of the process by always being available to answer questions and keeping in touch with us on potential new units even after the first couple of offers hadn't gone our way. Across the dozen or so agents I had been in touch with in this period I had by far the best experience with Malika who really took the time to go above and beyond in understanding our needs and delivering on them. I'm very happy with the result- we just signed a lease yesterday in a fantastic unit much lower than the asking price with Malika's help and I will definitely be enlisting her services again the next time I move.

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad…

Foxtons’s account’s department have bad ethical practices.The charged me as a landlord 3 years commission & after six months again charged me 2 years commission for the same property.when I complained they credited part of the commission but after a week they recharged me some more commission.As the tenant rent is deposited directly into Foxtons’s account I cannot do much about it and am finally taking them to court for fraudulent activity.
