GoogleLuke Gallagher has been very helpful during my property search. He went above and beyond to cater to my criteria and managed to schedule 4 visits in the same day which was so efficient for me. GoogleRight from the off Ben and David at Foxton's LB were extremely professional and I cannot fault drive and can-do approach in getting the transaction across the line. Timing is everything. Both are an asset to Foxton's Sales, and I hope they go onto greater success, as they deserve it!! They also recommended Healy's Law Firm which also proved first class. Horrible setup with bullies waiting for targets to exploit in whatever way possible- A lot on the estate agent services in united Kingdom.Their only aim is to collect the money from both tenants n landlord.After that no responsibility. Can't imagine recommend them to my worst enemy.

Foxtons has great processes and you can do all on their online portal which makes it very convenient and easy. All paperwork and deposit, etc. has been done securely through this. GoogleMy husband and me had a brilliant experience with Foxtons London Bridge - not only once, but twice! We are now in the progress of purchasing our second property through them and have experienced both times a very responsive, detail oriented and focused service on getting things done. As buyer you are sometimes very aware that the agency earns commission from the seller so there might be naturally less incentive to look after the buyer. But not with Foxtons and that’s why we have gone back with confidence and trust that they will look also after us. Thank you to David who has been pushing ahead relentlessly our first purchase and Chris for helping to agree the price while we were still in the first lockdown. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

GoogleI recently bought a flat through Jacob at Foxtons London Bridge, and he was superb from start to finish. He kept in touch, provided updates, and informed me about the next steps. Unfortunately, due to a lengthy conveyancing process, there were times when I doubted if the sale would even go through. However, Jacob's help, guidance, and persistence helped the sale to go through.

I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleAttentive service all the way up until you actually have paid for the flat... Good luck getting your deposit back on time. I have rented two flats from foxtons now and both took several weeks and numerous emails to get my deposit back. I am still waiting on my current deposit a month after leaving the flat and 3 weeks after the full deposit refund was confirmed
