My husband and me had a brilliant experience with Foxtons London Bridge - not only once, but twice! We are now in the progress of purchasing our second property through them and have experienced both times a very responsive, detail oriented and focused service on getting things done. As buyer you are sometimes very aware that the agency earns commission from the seller so there might be naturally less incentive to look after the buyer. But not with Foxtons and that’s why we have gone back with confidence and trust that they will look also after us. Thank you to David who has been pushing ahead relentlessly our first purchase and Chris for helping to agree the price while we were still in the first lockdown. I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. Attentive service all the way up until you actually have paid for the flat... Good luck getting your deposit back on time. I have rented two flats from foxtons now and both took several weeks and numerous emails to get my deposit back. I am still waiting on my current deposit a month after leaving the flat and 3 weeks after the full deposit refund was confirmed

They did not showed us any property which is suitable to buy but they solicitors are calling all the time. The same phone calls regarding our current property which they want to sell ( but we are not selling and never mentioned that) Terrible services overall.
