GoogleI had a very positive and professional attitude from Foxton's staff. Overall, they were very active and helpful in a way to deal with recommended solicitors. All in all, it is a simple way to deal with an estate agent.

GoogleMy flatmate and I had a great experience working with Jack Smith from Foxtons. He was very efficient in finding us great options that met our requirements at a short notice. After we secured the place, everything was very smooth and Jack was available for any queries we had at all times.

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleBoth Eleanor and Gabor have been fantastic. Gabor world class in terms of valuation and sales and Eleanor superb in terms of sheer professionalism, attention to detail and engagement throughout the sale process. They make Foxtons’s competitors look like amateurs.

We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleLUKE GALLAGHER IS THE BEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN ALL MY VIEWINGS (and there have been A LOT of viewings and a lot of agents). He has been delightful from the get go, personable, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE. You would be surprised how many estate agents turn up to viewings and know nothing about the flat they’re showing you. Not Luke. He knows everything there is to know. We bumped into the sellers on a viewing last night and they clearly knew him and liked him. It gives you reassurance that he’s a good bloke and makes you want to work with him. He’s not even bloody working for me you know? He really defies all the stereotypes of estate agents. And i dated an estate agent so i have a particular low opinion of them normally. Luke has rehabilitated that impression for estate agents across the land. Honestly if you told me when i started my house search that i would be typing a google review for a random estate agent i met at some viewings.. i would have told you to go swivel. but here we are. such is the power of the gallagher. Luke for Foxton London Bridge manager!!

GoogleWe were working with Chris and Gábor and they were very helpful with the process, chasing people and making sure that there is progress. However in some cases when we had issues that the vendor had to sort out, we were being pushed to just accept he situation as it is so we can exchange contracts ASAP, and we didn’t like that, as these were issues that had to be resolved, and in the case of an expensive purchase like a flat we cannot be accepted to just fudge over some problems and hope for the best.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of arranging a flat through this agency, and my experiance had been nothing but pleasant. The agent assigned to me- Malika Bega - has been helpful throughout the whole process. Reassuring when needed, provided precise information about matters at hand. Compared to some other agents I’ve had the misfortune to talk to, this has been perfect.

GoogleI am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Foxtons Agency. We have been experiencing a severe issue with our boiler for an entire week, and the response from Foxtons has been nothing short of appalling. In the heart of winter, with temperatures dropping to -2 degrees in London, living without a functioning boiler is not only inconvenient but downright unbearable. Despite multiple attempts to bring this matter to Foxtons' attention, we are still waiting for a resolution, with the vague promise of someone coming in "hopefully" within the next two days. The lack of urgency and empathy in addressing this matter is shocking. As a result, my home has become an icebox, and basic necessities such as taking a shower have become luxuries. It is disheartening to see a lack of concern for the well-being and comfort of tenants, especially during these harsh weather conditions. I have attempted to communicate our concerns to Foxtons, but the responses have been minimal and far from satisfactory. It is unacceptable for a property management agency to leave tenants in such dire conditions without a clear and prompt resolution. I expected more from Foxtons Agency, and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others considering their services. The level of service we have received is far from what is acceptable, and I urge Foxtons to prioritize the well-being of their tenants and address maintenance issues with the urgency they deserve.

GoogleAt the end ludlowthompson was not very good for us - we were in referencing for a month and they told us that the referencing part of the company was waiting for "verbal references" and there was nothing we could provide to make things faster. Never had an experience like that. Even though our agent was a super nice person, he couldn't provide us with more information. After we passed referencing, they also didn't provide the contract immediately or offer an explanation why they didn't send the contract. It's only after asking many times (and very forcefully) were they able to provide a response. Overall, after we paid the holding deposit the communication was mostly one sided and they didn't provide us with updates at all unless we asked. At the end we decided to forego our deposit and go with another house! This would have never have happened if they didn't hold us in referencing for a month and had sent us the contract earlier. I think people in the agency mean well but the disconnect with referencing is just beyond comprehension. I think this company needs a serious reorganisation. Oh and the part about verbal references - I checked with the person that they were supposedly waiting on. He hasn't received an email or a call or anything from anyone regarding me. So what were they waiting for? I am just giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they're not scammers (I don't think). It's just a badly organised company.

GoogleI had some viewings with Eleanor who was extremely prompt and professional, listened properly to my needs, and was very knowledgeable about the properties she showed me. Although I ended up purchasing elsewhere, I was very happy with the service I received from her.
