I would strongly caution anyone against using Foxtons when purchasing a property. Our experience was deeply disappointing and handled with a complete lack of professionalism, integrity and basic transparency.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Foxtons- Kristina and Elliot were very helpful in securing our apartment and addressing concerns. We were moving from the US with a child so we needed a bit of extra guidance. Kristina and Raj went above and beyond to help me settle into the flat- very grateful for their excellent service. The Foxtons online platform made it very convenient to pay deposits etc. and to manage our tenancy.

She was very friendly and gave us very helpful advice and information on the flat, showing her high expertise in property in the area! Although we’re not going for the flat she’s shown to us, she made sure to explain everything about the property, the price, and the property’s condition to us. We’ll definitely recommend ludlowthompson to our friends

I got an offer within the first 2 weeks of the property being on sale however, the process took 11 months to complete. Natasha and Gabor consistently kept me updated and ensured that both buyer and seller had a happy outcome in the end.
