TrustpilotThey take the money & abandon…
They take the money and then abandon their landlords. Do not rent a property with these agents as there is no customer support or response. I have had a couple of issues and queries - I have had to ring several times with long wait times and email multiple times for a response, still waiting three weeks later. They never reply or respond costing me hours of wasted time and stress.

GoogleJacob was amazing, we were extremely lucky to find the property we wanted and have such a helpful and friendly negotiator navigate the waters between us and the sellers. He truly went above and beyond, never got irritated with all my questions (there were many) and was just extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the process.

GoogleOur experience with Foxtons, specifically Malika, was an extremely positive one. She took the time to show us around, oftentimes at short notice and listened to our needs and wants. This being our first time renting in London, her advice was valuable and much appreciated especially as it wasn’t pushy. Malika was available for questions almost instantly whenever we had any, which made a very stressful process a lot less stressful. Thank you Malika!

GoogleVery grateful for the help of Foxtons London Bridge - Malika made our who search experience seamless. She is warm and attentive and made sure every need of ours was met. She found us a property within budget and went over and beyond to explain the checks needed on our end. Her responses were always prompt and comprehensive. She was particularly considerate of the fact that we are overseas renters and did an amazing job calming our anxieties about renting in a competitive market.

GoogleYinka was hard-working, diligent and communicative throughout our search. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal on a wonderful property in an expensive location. He took the time to understand our requirements, gave honest advice and completely subverted all the stereotypes about estate agents. If you are looking for a property through Foxtons in this area, I'd heavily recommend that you request to work with Yinka as the service was top notch.

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

GoogleJoao, Jennifer and Morgan assisted with finding tenants for the property, we decided to only use Ludlow after the initial meeting as Joao was professional, prepared and I was confident in their ability to find decent tenants. As a new landlord, there were many questions and concerns which were all addressed promptly. The whole process was quite quick, starting from photography, listing, viewings, acceptance and contract signing. Jennifer and Morgan worked well together when showing potential tenants around the property. Overall, really satisfied with the letting service and would continue to work with Ludlow and their lettings team in the future.

GoogleI have been really impressed with the sales team at Foxtons in London Bridge. David E has been helping us with of the sale of our flat, which we have really struggled to sell over the past couple of years despite trying with other agents. Him and his team worked really hard to find us a buyer and got more people through our door than anyone else. Once we had an offer agreed, I was kept regularly updated with the progress of the sale. We finally completed yesterday and we’re over the moon!

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

used to be good but ever since the intro of the renters rights acts, property management service has dropped off a cliff. This bad for landlords because they get poor management, bad for tenants because they get poor representation, and bad for the industry because estate / letting agents are no longer accountable.

Eleanor took over, after the previous sale fell through and she was absolutely amazing, very proactive and always so positive. Thank you Eleanor for all your support in this incredibly frustrating process, we finally made it to the end!
