Wanted to say that Rebecca Egbers is an excellent estate agent. She is someone who really ensured that adequate time was made for me to view all the relevant places and never rushed me. Rebecca was more keen on ensuring that I was comfortable. And I think another thing that made me appreciate her work was just being an honest human being. This whole industry can be so murky with people wanting to make a quick buck but she was very forthcoming about every detail. Highly recommend Rebecca and wish her all the best for the future

A letting agent that simplifies your life

I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.

After disappointing experiences with other Foxtons agents a year before, Malika Bega from the London Bridge office completely changed my opinion of the company. Unlike previous agents who were slow to respond, frequently canceled viewings, and ignored my requirements, Malika was excellent. She quickly found properties matching my needs and budget, kept me updated via WhatsApp, and efficiently arranged multiple viewings across different locations, which was perfect for my busy work schedule. While I ultimately chose another real estate company that offered me a more spacious and economic property , but obviously that's a different story for which she is not to be blamed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking through Foxtons. She's proactive, genuinely great at her job and made the property search much easier.
