GoogleWaited 9 months for CJ hole to repair our shower. Now, we have not been able to shower at all for over a week and they are ignoring our emails. It has got to the point where I have had to contact the council to do the repairs. I have previously had issues with CJ hole sending unannounced contractors (with keys to our house!) On several occasions. Do not let or buy from or with this company.

GoogleMe and my son my arrangements to view a room and the girl did not turn up, lucky the chaps that live there showed us around, he pointed out some damp which had been dealt with but as still waiting for council sign off was surprised that it was still being advertised, when I came out we phoned them to be told nothing in the calendar, went to speak to them that same day about the problem and was told would get a call back on Monday, Monday came and went called again on Wednesday to be told they would call me back, still no call went up on Friday to put deposit on room and to see what was happening to be told it had been let to someone else, absolutely rubbish service will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else, by all the comments it seems to be the letting side that is failing
