GoogleExtremely terrible customer service, agent was unbelievably rude to me. Called up to ask for property details, and the agent told me to NEVER ASK AGAIN. He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN. I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldnβt recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.

GoogleWorst company ever had to deal with, they will try and charge you for breathing inside your own house thatβs how ridiculous they were being with getting our deposit back. Landlord said he would pay for a damage that occurred due to the property not being well maintained from way before we moved in, then tried to charge us for it at the end of the tenancy, good thing we had emailed proof that he said he would pay it. Do not bother with these people trust me

GoogleCharge Β£150 check in fee for a rental, didn't give us the door code for the building or even tell us we needed one on the day we picked up the flat keys from the local office. When we arrived thhe previous tenant was still in the flat, not fully packed and hadn't cleaned up. The first few days of moving in we had to clean the place ourselves. The landlady apologised but cj hole didn't offer us a refund on the check in fee despite there not being one.

GoogleShown round multiple homes with Elliott who was friendly and helpful. On the whole CJ Hole has been good but we did call in advance for extra information on a property they said they would provide, but we never got that info.
