GoogleIf I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

On a specific, Andrews does not decide to increase rents. The decision on whether to make an increase ultimately comes from the Landlord themselves. So in your case it is the Landlord that has decided to increase your rent, not Andrews. The context being that rents in the UK have been increasing rapidly over the last two years due to a very low supply of property for rent and an inflationary environment pushing up Landlords' costs. GoogleI have nothing but great things to say about the team at Andrews Southville. Always there to help and very efficient at coming to a resolution. I would like to thank Lisa in particular for helping us secure a tenancy three years ago, she has a very positive attitude and will always go the extra mile. GoogleAndrews seller negotiator Emma was brilliant start to finish through what turned out to be a very elongated purchase (through no fault of Andrews) and would always contact me back via phone or email if there were any issues. Emma also went above and beyond towards the end of the process which was much appreciated. One issue I did have was incorrect information being provided during the viewing stages, however the service from this point has been very good.

GoogleAndrews are undoubtably the "Premier League Champions in Property"...I was using 2 rival Estate Agents to sell my apartments and the service was just so poor...I was recommended to try Andrews & within a very short space of time everything changed for the better....Within a couple of weeks I got the result I was hoping for, all of my apartments were sold & I was delighted with the "speed, skill & proffessionalism" of the Team at Southville [Illianna, Rebecca, Nadia, Lisa & especially Emma Willingham]...particular prase has to go to Emma Willingham for the role She plays up-front pushing each sale forward & keeping the sellers up to date with a regular progress report, before I had a chance to think about how things was going I would receive either a phone call or email update telling me exactly where things were...without doubt Emma is the "star player" & the "match winner" in this top-of-the-table team...I will be using Andrews again for my next property project because they have the "winning formular".

My initial contact was with Lisa who has been fantastic, talking me through each step of the process and making me feel at ease, at no point have I felt rushed or under pressure. I was informed of any viewings in good time and given feedback at the earliest opportunity, making it a seemless process. All the staff are warm, friendly and professional and seem genuinely invested in getting the best result for the client. Rebecca has been very helpful in talking me through some of the more technical aspects and a special mention must go to Amber for whom everything seems to be febreze. I

Massive massive thanks - we have exchanged today after our purchase nearly fell through so many times, and would have done without your professionalism and commitment. From the efficient organising of viewings, speedy management of 'best and final offers' and then managing a fraught completion process, we had amazing support from the team throughout. If I ever wondered about the role of estate agents beyond viewings, I'm now in no doubt of their crucial contribution throughout the whole process. Emma has been absolutely amazing in holding the deal together after a lot of unexpected complications and delays from our lender and solicitor. Emma was brilliant at keeping both us and the vendor continually informed and on board, she was always easy to get hold of, and a cheerful, professional and wise advisor as we tried to work out next steps through the difficulties. Her good humour and encouragement really kept us going through the frustrations and stresses. Thank you again for doing such a great job that means we got the house we loved!

GoogleWe've been renting a property via Andrews for 2.5years, and have moved into a purchased property halfway through our 3rd year in the lease. Tillie has been doing a wonderful job navigating this fiddly logistical process of communicating back and forth between us as tenants and our landlords to try and make the early break of our contract as seamless as possible. We very much enjoyed our time at the property, and Andrews have been attentive to repair requests and questions we wanted to pose to the landlords re: maintaining the garden space. Would definitely recommend.
