GoogleWe have just recently completed on a house purchase that was made very difficult by the tenant but sam and Jessica on the sales team have been fantastic and so helpful. They answered every question/ weekly phone call that we had even if they didn’t have the answers they would try there best to get me answers! Would deffo recommend using them!!

Googlewe rented 3 different properties from 3 different agents during our 3 years at uop and yourmove was by far the worse. we rented a house off albert road in our last year and the staff at yourmove were not helpful during our stay especially if we had any maintenance issues, which were many. if ever we complained Samantha Bean would literally shout at us and hang up the phone. stay away from these people.

If i have a question i know i can call or email or pop in to the branch anytime and they are so helpful and promptly respond. GoogleI have been dealing with Sam Morse and Harry in the sale and I must say they have been absolutely amazing they have been very professional. I rang them at half 5 in the evening to see the house on a Wednesday evening to check a few bits and they were able to meet me with 30 minutes notice. I cant thank them enough and I would highly recommendPositiveQuality

GoogleYour move was one I never really thought about, but from the word go were so helpful that we realised what we had been missing out on. Massive thanks goes to Amy for being so patient with me and supporting the let through all communications and even allowing to go back to view the property again for measurements!! Fees and prices all as expected and came with a friendly and approachable service!
