GoogleJust wanted to say what a great team at Your Move Southsea, all were very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter could move into her uni student rental house as smoothly as possible. A few glitches along the way (not caused by the agents) were resolved efficiently. Spot on service from a friendly and helpful bunch.

GoogleI am appalled by the poor customer service of this company. The employees working there, specifically one individual, were unfriendly, condescending and rude. They seem to be more money-driven than customer-driven. To add on, they provided no sense of clarity throughout the process as I often felt like a pest enquiring about something important. Communication was awful. I would never do business with them again. I never fulfilled my tenancy contract with them and I am glad. Not student-friendly at all!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleWe bought our lovely new home with Your Move and even though at times the process was stressful for other reasons, Your Move were helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. Always quick to answer the phone and follow up on queries and always very friendly and professional. GoogleAwful service. Take months to repair any issues with the house, for example we had a shower leaking through our light for 2 years, yet they will use blame the tenants. Also when you end a tenancy they will do everything they can to overcharge you and keep hold of your deposit, so be prepared to never see that money again when you start a tenancy.

GoogleI have been using Your-Move for a few years to let a number of properties. The office is keen to help both Landlords and Tenants with clear honest communication. They are init for the long term so repeat business and retention of clients is important and they will go out of their way to do this. The office is process driven ensuring we all stay complainant. I have also purchased property from the office and again they have gone out of their way to keep the purchase on track.

GoogleAs an octogenarian whose wife had dumped him, I was feeling low. Looking for a flat to rent, I contacted Your Move and arranged to view. My daughter and I were met by a charming young lady named Amy, who answered all our questions with effortless ease. Having decided to take the flat, we then visited the office, where we were met by Sam, who was efficiency personified. Samantha stayed in contact throughout the whole sale and helped push the process through as quickly as possible for us which were very grateful for.
