We were mid conversation the other day then you had to take a call and I know I did not then call you back, but if this is Susan we are on the phone every day to you ;) and we get on really well! So cannot imagine its you!? So whoever you are please do us a favour and let us know. We take service really important/to heart and if we have missed something then truly apologies. GoogleVery poor - amateurish service I have been letting properties for over 20 years and to be honest it has to be one of the worst lettings experiences I have had. They refused to detail what references they had done, refused to let me see them, they gave me incorrect information who was moving in, told me it was a family with 2 young children, it was actually a couple - only by chance did I find out. Didn't even ask if I wanted to sign my own tenancy agreement - let alone provide me with a copy - I demanded to see it and sign the legal document myself - would only let me do it on the day they moved in not before (as is the case with every other AST I have signed) - got the rent they were paying me wrong, told me on the phone one amount and then claimed it was another - Not good and would not recommend for lettings - this week I used an online letting agent a fraction of the cost smooth snf professional.

GoogleDifficult to review as they didn't turn up for viewings. Made excuses about 'leaving messages' but they never did. Total waste of time - avoid if you're considering letting a property as people will be interested but not be able to see your house - they are totally disinterested.

GoogleHard to reach them, had a viewing with them to let a flat, we agreed to take the flat but they told us to wait for 3 more days as they have more scheduled viewings, then they will decide who will be the winner!!!

The lettings team are struggling to match your name with a property but feel it could be Kings Street? If so we are sorry to read your review. On this case it was the owners instructions to allow all the viewings to take place before deciding on which tenant to go with. Rather than a first come first serve basis. Please remember we are not letting the property, we are acting for the landlord who is letting it. As such we take their instructions even though frankly it would save us a lot of time and bother just going with the first person who wants it! Given the above we feel giving us one star is a bit harsh! However we understand it is your right to judge us as you see fit! So if you felt let down then apologies again. FacebookSpecifically the Reeds Rains branch in St Helens. I can not recommend against using this company strongly enough. A continuous repetition of sales spiel backed up with nothing but hot air and hollow lies. DO NOT give them any money up front for "Enhanced Photography" as this serves no purpose whatsoever. DO NOT allow them to lie about the valuation of your property simply to prevent another agent from having it to sell. DO NOT expect a call back with updates. DO NOT expect them to proactively promote your property. DO NOT expect any accountability when errors occur and your requests continuously get ignored. DO not expect that your complaint will be taken seriously when you "elevate" it to the main office. DO NOT expect that staff are invested in your situation as they leave without even informing their colleagues. DO NOT expect any realistic action from this company. DO NOT expect that they will inform you that your property will no longer appear as agreed in the newspaper. DO NOT expect them to even advertise your property at the correct price!! Unless you are happy for your property to fester, languish and become unsellable after too long in the market then feel free for Reeds Rains to ruin any hope you had of moving. Yours, Previously reasonable seller.
