Having been a tenant with Reeds Rains for 5 years I am sorry to be leaving. However they found me a fantastic home to rent that I am soo pleased with. I would have preferred them to still be managing my new property though I am sure I will be back. Not too soon though hopefully as I am very happy here. Well done all at Reeds Rains always professional and friendly, particularly Monika and Andrea. Many thanks.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I’d like to show my gratitude, with a huge thank you to Dan, Steve and the whole team at Reeds Rains Southsea, who came highly recommended. I am so glad I made that first call to Dan and decided to trust Reeds Rains in the sale of my property. Dan was excellent in his professional approach and up front honesty. My instincts told me from the first time Dan viewed my property, he was the right man for the job! A genuine guy who came across very approachable, committed and very reliable. I could always trust his judgment to guide me through the whole process, especially being my first experience selling a property! A residential property being unique with a commercial element attached, it certainly did have its challenges! Dan and Steve did keep the momentum of viewings flowing despite the difficulties through the COVID pandemic. I was kept well informed and updated, always showing passion and enthusiasm throughout the whole process. Dan always kept on top of things on both sides even throughout some very enduring challenges, and his communication skills by phone and email were excellent. A special big thank you to Dan and Steve, we got there in the end, helping to make my new adventure a reality! I am very grateful and will certainly be calling on your services again, should I need to, and will always recommend you guys! A first class service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently I had Alice Schofield show me around a 3 bed property. Alice was very nice, chatty and helpful with details about the property and definitely spends her time focusing on the little details that matter to tenants looking for a place. Top job Alice!

Having just bought a house through Reeds Rains, we had to write a review as it is so rare to get such great service as a purchaser in the house selling and buying market. From the very outset Dan and team were great, very understanding, empathetic to our needs and knowledgeable about the house we wanted to buy. Dan went out of his way to help us as buyers through the process buying from a vendor who lived abroad. He was always happy to talk through any issues and offer advise, and be available to us if we had any questions. Such a different experience to every other estate agent we tried when looking to move to Southsea, really made us feel welcome to the area before we’d even moved here. Having found what we feel is our home for life, IF there ever comes a time to need an estate agent, we would certainly call on Dan and team at Reeds Rains.

I have been letting my property through RR for 10 years. Jacqui in the lettings team has provided a friendly and professional service. If an issues arise with the property, she is quick to enable these to be resolved. When a tenancy ends, she ensures a thorough inspection is completed of the property. During lockdown, Jacqui and the team went above and beyond in their roles. Thank you

Andrea was fantastic from start to finish during our experience with Reedrains. We have let quite a few properties over the years and I have never received service like this. Andrea was efficient, professional and friendly throughout and really made the entire process painless and smooth. Absolutely excellent, I would recommend without hesitation and hope we can use Reedrains again in the future. Such a refreshing change!

Our letting agent was Alice - who was informative, quick to respond, and most of all kind and personable. As a professional couple who rent, we were looking for a home that met our needs. Alice understood what we were looking for and matched us to a lovely property. She also helped us navigate all the checks and references. She has worked hard to ensure that we can get keys on the day we wanted (appreciated this close to Christmas!) and has been very supportive during this process.
