Beal's take the hassle out of selling a house. They are very good on the lettings side, too, so, I thoroughly recommend this company. I recently had problems with my rental property, I contacted head office and spoke to a lovely lady called Sophie, she went out of her way to help me, she referred me to one of their property managers called Hayley who sorted everything out for me. She was always in contact with me either by phone or email whilst sorting out the problem. I would definitely recommend Beals Estate Agents whether renting or buying.

It is absolutley shocking how this Estate Agents have nearly 5 stars! Do not give a F*** about tenants. It took 4 months for us to hear about getting our deposit back and we had to go an dispute it! Tried to rip us off for a bill of £2000 for a 1 bed flat! Amanda Leggett dealt with our account and never answered our calls, never answered her phone, got outright ignored for a good month. Once you have paid the deposit and are in you are in your rented accomodation they do not care about you anymore. They will fine you for the smallest things. Has put me off renting for life.

Fantastic professionalism from start to finish. After being given the run around from other local estate agents due to certain circumstances , Phoebe Hilton from beales gave us a call and can honestly say she couldn't do enough for us. Phoebe showed amazing willing to help us find our ideal property and assisted us every step of the way , nothing was too much effort for her to help us out.She was upfront and honest , very easy to talk to and would highly recommend her for any bodies letting needs.Amazing service and as cheesy as it sounds, I would of given 10*s if it was an option.

I have used Beal's Lettings on several occasions over the years to find tenants, set up the AST contract, the inventory, carry out the check out and check ins. They have been excellent at sorting out any problems that occurred. If I have had a problem they have been quick to respond and sort things out. The only thing I would say is that at the initial stages, when they have found a tenant, they could have been better at confirming the agreed costs.

I had five valuation on my property they all came out with the same price and fee, but one stood out from the rest james at havant branch with his excellent knowledge of the area and being a agent for such a long time we felt this is person that we want to sale through. Knowing my property wasn’t the easiest to sell, Beals took on the task and went full steam ahead. Although a little tricky at the beginning with the wrong candidates and change in sales guy that didn’t help, however, when Ben Thompson took over the property things moved very quickly and smoothly. He regularly phoned me to let me know what was going on and his politeness, honesty and professionalism was greatly received. He was bringing the right people to view the property and we got the sale! All through the sales process I felt at ease and was always up to date with progress and actions. With Bens outstanding negotiation skills he was able to get the deal that best fitted myself which managed me also to purchase a new property and also through the purchase process he made it happen was absolutely superb!With Ben at the helm I absolutely recommend Beals.

The entire Beals rental team worked so hard with each of my rental properties, their availability meant that I was continuously up to date with progress. They were exceptionally knowledgeable regarding my best course of action and clearly had my best interests at heart. I have recommended at least 3 other people to Beals Southsea as a direct result of the support and guidance the team offered me.I would also like to point out that the sales and mortgage advisor have been available for me to discuss future options, again in a very knowledgeable, expert manner. I have no doubt I will be using them in the near future.
