Me and my partner came to view a beautiful apartment with a lovely lady called Annie. We both couldn’t get over how great she was. After many unsuccessful years of attempting to sell a very specialised site in Southsea, Darren Tait of Beals concluded the best deal ever offered in a little over three months from start to finish. It didn't end there, in just over two months Darren had concluded a commercial property purchase for me in Lee-on-the-Solent. Darren's approach is very relaxed and friendly, but extremely efficient - so refreshing to deal with an organisation that under promises and over delivers.

GoogleNot professional AT ALL. From day 1 we had problems, they don't listen to their costumers and their need. The only thing they care is about receiving the MONEY. I don't care paying as long I get a proper work done. Was supposed to fix bathroom 10months later nothing has been done! Everything take ages and need a lot of calls, emails visits to have something sometimes done. Not recommended them for sure.

Since returning from being furloughed during lockdown, Ben has done a great job of marketing our property. In tough market conditions he has been tenacious in following up leads and this has resulted in several offers, although many with complications that needed to be worked through. Throughout, Ben has kept us updated and has talked through the complexities at every stage enabling us to make informed decisions and a sale which is now proceeding to contract.

All the staff have been so helpful and would recommend this estate agent if you are selling your home. Very professional and always keeps you up to date with how the sale is progressing. Trustpilot.....CRIMINALS....
This outfit operate on high streets mainly south of the country , They are also Brokers and will take every last penny you have as well as providing you with false/part information regarding insurance policies which they will tie you into for 5 years at a rate of double price at least for a standard package, You wont receive the information for this as they choose not to tell you, I personally was asked to falsify information from my wage slips to show that i was earning more than i actually was in order for my mortgage to go through... But BEWARE later down the line you step out of there boundaries the court letters phone calls and threats start,,,,,, DONT DO IT .... LICENSED CRIMINALS....

Beals have managed my property for a few years. I am now dealing with Phoebe Hilton and she alone is responsible for me awarding 5 stars. She is currently providing an exceptional service through an eviction process. Good to know that someone is there for me when it is really necessary. Historically service from Beals has not always been great but Phoebe has completely turned that around and yes, i would use them again as a result.
