From the outset Jack was friendly and very approachable. He was enthusiastic about the properties we went to see and was very impressed with his professionalism and more importantly his character. Then Jack went out of his way to help me find my new home and I was honestly moved. I can not recommend this young man enough and would definitely recommend he and Flexi-Agent!!!

Today, I contacted Flexi-agent to arrange a viewing of a property on Part Street. After providing my personal information, I was informed by the representative that I am not eligible to view the property because I am unable to proceed with the purchase. When I inquired about the reason for this, I was told that the property can only be viewed by individuals who can purchase it outright with cash, without requiring a mortgage. While I understand that the vendor has the right to select potential viewers, I am frustrated that this requirement was not clearly stated on the Rightmove listing. If the advertisement had explicitly mentioned "cash only" or "no mortgage," I would not have contacted Flexi-agent in the first place. Furthermore, I feel that it was unnecessary for them to collect my personal details prior to informing me of this restriction. This entire experience has been disappointing, and I kindly request that Flexi-agent remove my personal information from their system. I have no intention of engaging with this company in the future.
