GoogleIt’s very difficult to imagine how this estate agents could be better: open whenever you might need them; relentlessly energetic in their pursuit of sales; knowledgeable and supportive throughout the buying process. It’s no wonder that whenever you drive through Southport that you see a forest of FlexiAgent signs- why would you choose another estate agent?

GoogleCan't praise flexi-agent enough. They came highly recomended by friends and family and didn't disapoint. Jack was fantastic. Valuation in the afternoon, on the market and viewings booked by 10.30 next day. Sold 1 week later. Amazing.

Do Not Use. Rude, unprofessional, pushy. Jack Leader is just a Little Con Artist Salesmen who is bringing down the estate agent market in Southport. This agent is nothing but a pushy Auction business trying to sell your property quick for the 'Lowest' price. Don't be fooled, BE WANRED Go elsewhere.

GoogleWe recently used Flexi-Agent to sell my mum's bungalow after she sadly passed away earlier this year. From start to finish they were excellent & at such a difficult time were very understanding of all our needs. A particular thanks to our sales progressor Jacquie Stewart, who kept us up to date with every stage of the sale. She made the whole process easy & was always friendly, efficient & a joy to deal with. In fact the whole team were amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend Flexi-Agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Appalling service from a pushy estate agent that does not value their customer. Only interested in getting signs up to make a name for themselves. It's all about Jack Leader. When the signs goes up he never contacts you and when you confront him, he is very aggressive and unprofessional. At the end of the day i am the customer and want service. Steer clear, plenty of other estate agents in Southport.
Hi Anthony,Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, I was the 3rd Estate Agent out of many, which does show a running theme that possibly it isn't the Estate Agent's fault. As a client, you didn't take our pricing advice, instructed us to sell the property at an unrealistic marketing figure which ultimately led to the property not selling. The property then went onto the market with multiple other Estate Agents and reduced in price drastically.Unfortunately, you took the approach of shouting at me when I updated your wife (when you instructed me to update your wife to begin with) and then chose to threaten me and advise me 'you don't want to get on the wrong side of me' at which point in time I chose to disinstruct you as a client as neither I nor my staff felt it appropriate that you were treating us in an abusive fashion.We are the market leading Estate Agent in Southport, have been for the last 18 months and are statistically one of the best new-coming start up Estate Agencies in the UK.
