Andrea has been amazing since our first meeting in my house. She was so friendly and genuine with such a professional manner. Jack went out of his way to get my house key from me at work so photographs could be taken and it could be on the market asap; taking great pictures ending in an offer being put in 24 hours later! Cannot thank you both enough!

My brother and I had 2 properties for sale with Flexi-Agent, we have both taken them off the market with this agent. Their communication is useless. The service is dreadful and they have an awful bullying attitude. Don't believe the blagging about driving the price up, its a load of tripe - within a few weeks my brother was TOLD he should drop the price of his house by £20k on the valuation they made because he could get 'stuck with it'I was TOLD I should accept an offer which was under the OIEO price within a day of setting that price.When the Director comes to value your property he is charming and convincing - don't fall for it, its all talk!

Hi Sally,Thanks for your review. I have just responded in kind to your email received today.As explained on my email, our advice was to market the property at Offers Over £170,000. This advice was not taken by you as a client who then subsequently didn't receive an offer you were happy with. I explained at the beginning that if you market your property at an unrealistic price, don't achieve the interest and need to reduce, this affects the eventual sale price you will be offered negatively, which in essence is exactly what has happened.We have achieved offers very close to both of my original valuations for yours and your Brother's properties. We are unfortunately in a changing climate due to obvious factors which we have no control over that is affecting property prices.We have provided a good service to yourselves only to be met with hostility when dealing with both of you as clients. I would highly recommend Flexi Agent. We had our property up with traditional agents and online agents in the past with no success and within 3 weeks of being with Flexi Agent we had an influx of viewings and interest, leading to multiple offers. Jack and the team were fantastic to deal with and I would have no reservation in advising people to use them!

GoogleWe have had a great experience using Flexi Agent, their valuer was extremely professional and knowledgable, and both Dan and Julie worked so hard on the sale of our house. When our first sale fell through, the house was back on the market within an hour and 6 new viewings booked in, with Julie negotiating another sale for us within 36 hours of the first one falling through. Cannot praise them all enough.

GoogleAlways prompt with replies and able to reply outside of the normal working hours of most estate agents. They are informative and guided me through the process of buying my first house. They were professional throughout and if I come to sell this house one day I will definitely be choosing them to sell my property. I would definitely recommend using them.

I contacted Flexi Agent around 10.30 am on Sunday the 04/02/24 to request a viewing for a property added to Rightmove on the 02/02/24. The agent I spoke to asked when I was free for a viewing, I was very excited about the property and keen to view asap & happy to see it on that day if the vendor was agreeable. I received a call back from the agent 10 minutes later & he explained that one of the vendors was working overseas, and was back in UK in a couple of weeks, so they could not arrange viewings until then. And it was likely to be an Open House viewing when they went ahead. He then took details from me and informed me that I would be contacted by Flexi Agent when a date for the viewings had been confirmed.
