Flexi agent sold our house for us and we couldnβt recommend them highly enough. As well as being extremely competitive they were professional and most importantly pleasant and amicable to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them.

Today I contacted flexi agent early in the morning with regards to viewing a fair few properties in Marshside/ Churchtown area. I was able to call numerous times throughout the day to book/ add on viewings with time slots. A lady named Harriet was very helpful and polite! Nothing was any bother for her to arrange for us, she is a credit to the company! Thankyou.

Mark Curley one of their agents has been π―% professional, so thorough in his attention to detail & his understanding of a customers needs. Within 2hrs of Mark taking photos & his use of a drone to capture the most amazing shots, the house was on the market, wowπ After seeing performance charts of other estate agents, I now know why Flexi Agents are without doubt the best in there field.π Highly recommend.π

They were approachable and polite and did a great job in keeping us updated with progress. The Flexi Agent team were a pleasure to speak to on the phone. Flexi Agent are amazing at selling your house fast...we accepted 3 offers within 24hrs of viewings (first two fell through) and our agent,Emma,who no longer works at the company was fantastic at getting viewings lined up quickly. Have had to take 2 stars off due to our experience of starting to feel like Flexi Agent were starting to work for a fast sale,not in our best interests. Our house was undervalued by the bank survey and we were told that the report would be published online for all to see so we best accept the lower offer. I donβt think this is exactly true but I know a friend who was also told the exact same thing by the office.Gave great first impression but was left with hardly any communication once offer had been accepted. They are doing something right but I wouldnβt use them again. The agents we bought our house with were much better in terms of communication and professionalism
