GoogleI was lucky enough to deal with Rachel Knight. She’s very motivated and although it was fairly obvious she wanted to get the best deal for the vendor, once we had an agreement, she was on the ball and did her best to speed the transaction along. I’m hopeful that she’ll contact me again in the future when suitable properties come along as I prefer to work with professionals who get the job done.

I enquired about a house that was advertised on rightmove. I rang on a Saturday morning after the house was advertised late Friday. The agent told me that they would ring back when they have an update on the vendors availability. 4 days later, after a bank holiday Monday had passed, I enquired again but this time I'm told it's all booked out. I told them that I'm a bit disappointed given that I rang early. Their response was that someone should have rang back but essentially I am now on a waiting list and should there be any cancellations I may get a slot. They also stated that there will be no further viewings as the property will sell quickly.Having viewed other houses with the company and putting down an offer. I get the impression this company operates like an auction house.

Dear customer,We appreciate that buyers in the current market are becoming frustrated with the lack of stock and the amount of interest in the same property, however we as agents are receiving vast amounts of abuse and pressure from customers, when we are trying are absolute best to accommodate everyone. I did overhear the conversation, and you were never advised that someone should have called you back, are open days are set up with vendors at the time of appointment and therefore, we would not need to wait for a vendors availability, we would just book a potential buyer in to an available slot. We are the only agent in Southport who work unsociable hours, including Sundays and bank holidays to ensure we are giving everyone an opportunity to view property, and whilst we endeavour to get back to everyone at all times, sometimes this is not always possible, for eg, we call every lead that comes into our business, and if by chance a customer is unable to get to the phone, we are then fielding on average 180 incoming calls into our branch a day! We would in turn ask customers to also not criticise and leave harmful reviews, when we are only trying our best to accommodate all needs. We work extremely hard and have done so for the past couple of years in Southport and feel so disgusted and disappointed that people resort to such pettiness and slander, which is not even close to a reflection of what a fantastic and customer driven company we are. GoogleI would really recommend flexi agent to sell your property it all went really smoothly and managed to get a buyer within a couple of weeks ( had viewers wanting to view from day one ) JACQUIE who made the process really easy managed the whole sale on her own any inquiries we had we told her about them and if not the same day the following day we would have our answer, always willing to go the extra mile couldn’t of asked for anything more from JACQUIE. Nothing was too much and even went a step further and took our calls and messages on the weekend when he wasn't in work to get us our property. We purchased a lovely property at a good price and we can't wait to move in. Furthermore, he is now helping us to get a property for my Mother In Law. Have just moved into our new property in Southport. Once our offer was accepted, the after sales team, particularly Jacquie, were wonderful. She always answered calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, and was very reassuring when things looked a little uncertain. One star lost because promises of returning calls were not kept when we initially started looking. Otherwise great service.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFULI have been trying to buy a property for well over a year and this amateur company have tried to ‘assist’. They do not value their buyers EVER!!!! They never put you first nor help you when the seller pulls out, they drop you as if you are nothing to them. I am disappointed with how their customer services works and how high there staff turn over is, that is not a good sign!! I have spoken to at least 6 different sale representatives with a few months. The communication it awful between colleagues; having to repeat your story or your need to every single person you get passed through. Disappoint and awful are the only two words to describe this shoddy agency.
