Would highly recommend Flexi Agent to anyone in the area. Sold our home with ease, Flexi ran an Open Day which took the stress out of the matter. Any issues always resolved promptly by Amy who was very helpful on our sale. Jacquie has been extremely helpful and both are a credit to the business. If you are serious about selling your house would highly recommend this local estate agent.

Not the same company than when it was set up. Impersonal and dictatorial first contact, no discussion or negotiation on services. Very off putting and did not encourage me to have a second contact. Avoid. There are plenty of better Agents out there. Update: In response to Flexi-Agent's standard defensive, dismissive response trying to discredit my review; no it isn't an error, no you don't have my details because when I contacted you I refused to engage you because of your non customer focussed arrogant attitude, which ironically your response seems to confirm. After speaking with other people in Southport who have also been considering Estate Agent services my view is not an isolated one. You have lost your way, time for you to refocus and relaunch I think.

We must admire Jill from Flexi agent who showed us 11 guinea hall mews after observing and witnessing her recieving the height of verbal and violent intimidation from not one but two residents from number 11 guinea hall close maybe 100 yards around the corner. Her only mistake was parking outside 11 guinea hall close believing it was 11 guinea hall mews - which was situated in a corner plot and difficult to see. I can only commend her for having the courage to carry on with the viewing being clearly upset from a barrage of abuse for no justified reason. Any further testimony we would be happy to give for this courageous and gentile lady just trying to do her job. Regards Mr & Mrs beck.

My wife and I were very impressed with the friendly efficiency with which all members of staff at Flexi-Agent conducted their business with us. We were kept up to date at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, even up to 10 p.m. at night, and their advice was invaluable. It took just short of 1 week to express an interest in a property for sale; go and view it; make an initial offer; put our existing property up for sale via Flexi-Agent (who measured it, created a floor plan, took photos and put it on Rightmove, with a description, in a day); organise 10 viewings; filter the 4 offers and help us choose a preferred purchaser; assist us in making a suitable offer for the property we wished to purchase. As a result, sales subject to contract were made on both our own property and the one we wished to purchase. We cannot recommend Flexi-Agent highly enough.

We had a multiple viewing with Flexi-Agent all of them carried out by Jill who was lovely and patient. As it is our first house purchase it was not easy to decide what we want in the beginning. AVOID ! A Buyers nightmare !! 4.7 out of 5 !!! No Way !!! Acts like a cheap second hand car salesman auctioning every house they get their hands on. You call them and every house has a one day viewing for everyone and they act like they have a thousand views in one day !!
