The process of selling/buying a house in the UK is protracted, inefficient and in dire need of reform. You will need a good Estate Agent to market realistically and then work, work, work to progress, liaise and mediate all the disparate parts. Flexi-Agent do this superbly and their extensive team really does work coherently as a whole (rare these days). In particular, I would like to praise Vicky Noren-Dobson who understood every stage and saw the whole process through. The team are always available and reply smartly and promptly to phone calls and emails, another plus point when the process itself is designed to drive you mad. I would recommend Flexi-Agent to everyone in the area and to anyone who can use them online.

First house experience

Think time to write this review. I purchased a house from flexi agent last year November and don’t appreciate being lied to. First house I viewed with them had mold on the ceiling as I pointed it out straight away the lady showing us round got on the phone to the office, there response it’s line drying. This was a lie because she told us someone else who came to view it said the same thing. So I thought we give them a second chance viewed another house straight away we liked it and put a offer in. Later on the process we had concerns about parking lady in the office informed us that are drive is not private , as it was advertised “private off road parking” and need to apply for drop curb promised we would have no issues getting the curb done. I asked to speak to jack about it was informed number of times he’s in a “busy meeting” never phoned us and probably never will. We ended still wanting the house continue to go through the process then flexi emailed us to state that the vendor said because process was going slow again another lie but we knew the person who owned the house all she wanted roughly a time scale when can be completed. Anyway months later are drop kerb application get rejected from the council so now we are having ongoing issues with parking. I hope this review will help someone and have a rating of 2 out of 5 because we have ended getting on the property market.
