We put our house on the market with Flexi Agent as we were so impressed with how confident Jack was about selling our home.He was so professional with us, took his time talking about the house and taking pictures. It was uploaded onto rightmove that evening with numerous viewings booked in.Sophie Sutton looked after us in office, she worked so hard to secure a sale for our property. She was so lovely every time I called nothing was ever too much.Unfortunately due to personal reasons we had to remove our house off the market and when I called Sophie to let her know she was so kind and thoughtful with me. Flexi Agent is a great company and we will definitely use them in future if we wish to sell our house again.

Beyond first class service, efficiency and personal helpfulness and sriendship!

For the last five months or so we have been looking for a house in the southport area and been in contact with all the Estate Agents. Flexiagent has simply been outstanding and especially Rachel, who has been so friendly and helpful in every way, so much so that we would now class her as a personal friend! We have had a couple of false starts with buying properties but she has always been so good. We are even apologising that in the end we have had to buy somewhere else with another Agent but she will always be welcome to come and see our new home! Out of this world service!

Fantastic Service

I have found the service of Flexi-Agent outstanding so far. Each member of staff who answers the phone is polite and courteous and if they can’t give an answer at the time for your query, they will ring back as promised when they have found out the information. Emma Hall rang me when a house she thought I would be interested in, came on the market. We didn’t go for that one but instead went back to revisit a property we had viewed a month ago. The gentleman who escorted us round was also great. We decided to put in an offer and Emma was able to put across our great position and offer in an effective manner while maintaining the interest of her client. She is very charming and excellent at her job!

Flexi-Agent and in particular Emma Hall were absolutely wonderful and incredibly diligent as a company in assisting me as a first time buyer to obtain a property in Southport.Emma was consistently friendly and reassuring throughout the at times overwhelming and challenging process and was always happy to give advice to help progress the sale.While I'm aware that some estate agents are very much seller orientated, Emma and the Flexi-Agent team could not have done more for me as a buyer and I would wholly recommend them as well as use them myself again in the future.

We've been incredibly impressed with the service provided by Andrea at Flexi-Agent. Had our viewing and offer accepted with Penny but she left shortly after, however, Andrea picked it up and has been fantastic ever since. Nothing is too much trouble, answers any and all questions we have as well as going out of her way to keep us updated and explain any processes we come across. We recently both sold and purchased houses with Flexi-Agent and cannot speak highly enough of the team. Jack was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic. Our house sold within just a few days, we were guided through the process closely and he helped make sure we got a good price for the house we purchased. Moving house during Covid-19 was extremely challenging and we hit a number of stumbling blocks. Jack was able to help us even when delays were solicitor related (which was most of the time). I honestly cannot recommend them enough - they know what they're doing and are one of the most customer orientated teams I have ever met.

Attentive and invested Agent who will guide you through.

We appointed Flexi Agent in a situation where we had identified a house we wanted to buy but had not sold our own home. We appointed Jack and his team under the slightly unrealistic instruction that the house needed to sell immediately and for full market value... They attended the house that same day and took amazing pictures which showcased our property. They created enough interest that we have over 10 viewings booked for the following 2 day’s. The result was that we ended up with an open weekend which enabled the buyers to visit in slots and see each other coming and leaving. By the end of the process we had 3 competitive offers, all at or over asking price. We were able to secure our new home by confirming to our sellers that we had obtained a buyer. Covid-19 and the lockdown hit shortly after and the process ground to a halt. Our buyers became very uneasy about continuing with the purchase. Jack was able to convince them to get back on board and we were able to progress the conveyance during lockdown. Jack assisted in the negotiations following a full structural survey and helped achieve a good result for us in a situation where the buyer was hoping to achieve a sizeable reduction in the purchase price and where we needed to maintain the sale to retain the purchase of our new home. Without Jack, the sale would have either fallen through or we would have received far less for our property. Our buyers were not the easiest to deal with and repeatedly came back with issues and stresses about the property which Jack and his team dealt with well.On the moving day, jacks team did their best to help us move out of the Property while the buyers hounded for the keys. Overall, Jack and his team were a port in the storm, very professional and very much on our side. Their know how and subtle tact was crucial in securing us the best deal. Finally, Jack is a great guy and lovely to deal with. We came across a number of agents in the process and none showed half of the passion and and friendliness that we received from Flexi. 10pm phone calls, help drafting emails to our sellers on our related purchase. General help and guidance whenever needed. Nothing was too much work for them. If you’re looking to move within Southport or the surrounding area, you will not find anyone better. Absolutely incredible service from initial enquiry to the completion of the house sale, which was around 14 weeks. I would absolutely recommend to everyone selling a property.
