We put the house sale with Beth and Sophie at Flexiagent in Southport because they have an in depth knowledge of the local market and their Marketing is top-class. They kept me in touch with exactly what was happening and when - and took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and what the benefits were. They are helpful and professional and their communication and speed of response are excellent. They were able to expedite a rapid sale and I would recommend them as first choice for property sales in Southport. 10/10

Mariyah of Flexi-Agent what can I say but a massive thank you ever so much for what outstanding customer service you have provided for myself and my Fiancée. It's a stressful enough time trying to sell your house and relocate, but it's extra stressful when that relocation is from the northwest down to the southwest, while you have a pregnant fiancee. You've been fantastic you've eased stress been very informative and knowledgeable. You've stayed up till late at night trying to sort our sale and I mean that is evident by the fact we completed at 9:55pm haha and you was as chirpy and helpful then as you was at 9am that morning. Wow, what a whirlwind of a week. We have sold our house and purchased our forever home. We enquired about a property and within 24 hours Jack and Beth came to value our property and it was listed online the same day. Five viewings later and our house was sold. All this happened within a space of 72 hours.The service provided cannot be faulted. Jack and his team work long hours to provide amazing customer service. They are a pro active estate agent. We decided one day to get our property valued with the idea of possibly putting it up for sale. James came round and valued it and within a couple of hours it was on the market and viewings were flying in, we were very nervous about putting our home up for sale but James made it so easy and we felt so at ease we knew we had made the right decision to sell through flexi agent. Within two days we had accepted an offer. Sophie Sutton branch manager could not have been better, she helped us to secure an offer for our house and then helped us to find our perfect forever home, in less than a week we had our property valued, on the market, offer accepted for our house and we had our offer accepted for our new home, we can’t believe all this happened so quickly and with such ease. Brilliant experience ! From the initial valuation with Jack, photos being taken, through to completion. Had an amazing offer the day it was marketed. However this fell through last minute. Another offer was made immediately. The communication between Jacquie from this moment to completion has been amazing, she has been a star. We have had quite a few delays due to the chain, but at each stage I have been well informed, could have not have asked for any more. Without doubt 5 star service, and would without doubt recommend Flexi Agent. If you have Jacquie looking after your sale, then you are definitely in good hands !

Property sale.

After two years of our property being on the market with another estate agent and little movement we decided to move to Flexi Agent, Jack came out and met us personally and filled us with confidence, he had a "can do" attitude and assured us he would sell our property. Within a week we had about five viewings and within a month we had accepted an offer. This "can do" attitude is instilled in the entire company with nothing being too much trouble, Harriet, our Senior Sales Negotiator was always on hand,answering questions and generally guiding us thru the process no matter what time of day, early morning, early evening, always a quick response. The phone always got answered, the message always got thru and you always got a returned call quickly. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone. We put our house on the market with Flexi Agent as we were so impressed with how confident Jack was about selling our home.He was so professional with us, took his time talking about the house and taking pictures. It was uploaded onto rightmove that evening with numerous viewings booked in.Sophie Sutton looked after us in office, she worked so hard to secure a sale for our property. She was so lovely every time I called nothing was ever too much.Unfortunately due to personal reasons we had to remove our house off the market and when I called Sophie to let her know she was so kind and thoughtful with me. Flexi Agent is a great company and we will definitely use them in future if we wish to sell our house again.
